They showed me what the problem was and went ahead and lubricated the bearings for free; explained that this was a temporary fix and what needed to be done to fix it permanently. He got my vehicle in for the inspection right away, even though they were busy, after the inspection he took me inside the work bay, so I could see what the issue was first hand. Because he knew the repairs would take a little while, the business provided a ride via Lyft to my house, after a few hours Steven G called to inform me that my repairs would take a little longer than expected, and that they would be keeping it over night. The next morning they called to inform me that the work was complete and ordered a Lyft from my house to Breaks Plus for me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he went over the repairs again to ensure I understood what they did. As an added bonus, Breaks Plus gave me a military discount, that reduced my bill by a couple hundred dollars. All in all, I'd say that I was more than pleased with the service I received. I'm glad that I no longer have to listen to the "Que, Que, Que, sound as I'm driving down the road.
