However, given how worn my tires were, it should have been mentioned before replacing them, not after. In the end, my total came to about $2,000, nearly $400 more than the competitor's quote. The lack of transparency about the full service and the timing of the additional charges felt unprofessional and manipulative. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

You can clearly see the condition of the tire in the photos I uploaded. I called Monday afternoon immediately after the tire blew out and explained the situation. The business has not agreed to replace the tire and feels like one week is a good enough warranty...that's bad business to not try to work with your customers. You knew you sold me a bad tire why not jus replace the tire or offer a discount but to tell me it must be my car is ridiculous, so should I expect the other tire to go bad as well?
