Despite this, your shop completed other work and refused to release my vehicle until I paid the full amount. This is a direct violation of New Hampshire RSA 358-A:2 and related automotive repair disclosure laws, which require customer authorization prior to performing repairs. As stated in your website: Trust, Service, and Satisfaction--Guaranteed. I believe your website also boasts the mantra "EVERY JOB IS PERSONAL". Well, this 'guarantee' and 'personal work' did not occur and in order to stay true to your motto, I am seeking a refund for work that was never requested or disclosed before a bill was provided to me.
