My van was involved in a no-fault accident, and needed a new tire and wheel alignment. Tire World is around the corner from where I live, so I walked over there, told them what I needed, and they said to bring it in at 2pm. When I got there, Juan wrote up the service order, and took pictures of the problem. He found a new tire exactly like the ones that were already on it, and said it would be about an hour. When I went to pick it up, he said that they didn't find any other damage to it. I paid for it, and submitted a copy of the invoice to the other person's insurance company for reimbursement. I was having the shakes at about 80 MPH on my car and I figured it was because of my aftermarket wheels. Got some hub centric rings and decided to get my wheels rebalanced and rotated. My daughter and I have been going here since we moved to the area over a year ago. On my first visit I was waiting in the wait area when the staff left the room for a moment. The other customer in the room told me that he had been going there for years, and they always treated him right. When I picked up my car with new tires, brakes and shocks, they told me to come back in a couple of months for a free alignment. They also said they would check the tire pressure, oil level, whatever was needed anytime for free. My daughter went in to fix her blinker soon afterward, and they didn't charge her for the bulb. Since then they've fixed my oil gasket, and a flat tire for daughter. I went in this morning suspecting my AC condenser was going bad, and they took the car in right away and sent someone to go get the part. The price is always right, and the feeling of a trustworthy family vibe is so valuable to us ladies. Thanks, Tire World!! read more

My father in law took his tow truck in for an issue he was having with his brakes. Upon arrival He explained to them what the issue was, the brake pedal was not engaging the brakes at all. He was helped by the so called owners son. He inspected the vehicle and recommended my father in law Manny to change the brake master cylinder stating that the master cylinder was the only issue the truck had. My father In law agreed to the repair and paid 300 for parts and labor. He was told the vehicle was fixed and ready to go and was told the Repair Order with receipt was in the Tow truck, Upon taking off, the brake pedal failed and he ended up hitting another car. My father in law then when back to tire world and was denied warranty on the work done. My father in law then noticed the RO and receipt were never given to him like they had stated. Tire world failed to give my father in law a receipt, in fact, he was never given a work order at all. The vehicle was never written up and no walk around was ever completed. This place is super shady! The law clearly states that a work over must be written at the time of service. When my father In law complained with the owner he was told that it wasn't his Problem, that it was his sons problem not his. When my father In law spoke to the son, the son blew him off telling him to talk to his dad! He was jus told that the brake fluid was contaminated something they had change at the time of service. I am going to proceed next with The BAR (Bureau Of Automotive Repair) and a DMV investigator to perform a complete investigation of this place. Let's see if they blow them off the same way. Going by the reviews this place has, this is not the first time they do this. This place needs to be shut down immediately since it's not a safe place to take your car and they engage in extreme unfair business practices. I can't wait for the BAR to pay then a visit. For three months now he's been trying to work with them by having them fix the problem and warranty their work. He's been trying to get a receipt from them with no luck. read more

Tire world Is a great place to get ANYTHING done to your car!! I stopped by there to check my tire for a flat and the guys there happily checked it for me :) So I decided to come back at a later time and get some more work done. I had an alignment done by Duane and he is the best! this guy really knows his stuff and is QUICK! I also bought some new tires at a reasonable price $$ Albert the tire guy was very helpful and nice and made sure my car was ready to go and safe. there also is another man who's the owner very friendly and trustworthy. I liked this shop because they don't try to make you get unnecessary work done that is not needed like some other places do... they are honest and don't try to rip you off..... Also they had nice couches inside the waiting area that are very clean and a tv. They also have a a ping pong table which seemed sooo fun! keeps the customers occupied while you wait! Shout out to Albert and his crew at tire world for providing me with excellent customer service. Went in for a wheel alignment and ended up also needing a lower control arm. Albert noticed the skepticism in my face so he actually showed me the problem.....And it was really bad!!! Had to come back after work the next day (near closing) to get it done and without any hesitation they all jumped into action. They even stayed past closing to pull a huge dent out of my bumper out of the kindness of their hearts. No Charge!!!! I went in there for a 4-wheel alignment, and was pleased with Duane, the technician who did the work. He was real nice, answered my questions about what he was doing and the state of my alignment. Another person there said I had to leave the work area (which I always find very unreasonable for auto service businesses to say), at which point I could no longer oversee what was being done to my car - so this is what lowers my rating to a 3-star. Otherwise, the $45 for alignment seems reasonable. And if you pay the $60-something price, you get another free alignment within 6 months - which seems worth it and a nice bonus. A perfect situation would've been if they measured my alignment, articulately explained how/where/why my alignment was off, showed me UP CLOSE what was causing the issue and what they'd do to fix it, and then let me watch UP CLOSE the repairs or adjustments. I don't really know what was done to my car, so I don't really know how well it was adjusted - especially since it still seems to pull a little bit in the very little time I've driven it after the alignment (but that might just be due to the crown of the road). Again, Duane seemed honest and capable, price seemed decent/good, but kicking me out of service bay will leave me open to possibility of going elsewhere in the future. read more

He said I still had some life left in my tires and they would be fine for awhile longer if we rotate them and get an alignment done. I would give them 0 stars but I have to give them at least one so they get one. I took my car there because it over heated once and coolant was leaking out of my car. They told me that the gasket was blown, was of the mechanics claimed the gasket was cracked and they gave me an estimate of $2000 for labor alone and a few hundred for parts. I thought this was ridiculous and outrageous so I took it some where else for a second opinion. The only issue is my heater hoses need to be replaced which is like a $200 fix, 10% of the cost that Tire World estimated I would have to pay them. The other mechanic also recommended that I have my cooling system flushed but its nothing urgent. This guys tried to intentionally rip me off. I would never recommend this place to anyone, total waste of time and rip off. read more

Hmm, I really wish 0 stars was a choice. I came in here to show the "owners son" a muffler i wanted replaced. He said he could do it. He quoted me a ridiculous 75$ for "25 minutes of work". Owell, whatever, it was urgent. Once he cut the muffler off he said, "Oh it wont work". I stood there in shock. You just said you could. AND you cut my muffler off. He started bending some piped and got it to semi-fit. It ended up taking more than an hour because he kept stopping to talk to people. FML. When he charges me it all of a sudden became $100 without him letting me know. Place is a rip off. My muffler sounds like shit an he said "BMWs just have that rattle and rasp" I live down the street and won't even come back. . When I asked how much for an alignment he said, "$100 because its a bmw, you know what I mean? lol" No, I don't know what you mean. Its a 22 year old bmw with a good suspension. I go here a couple times a year for alignments, and suspension checks, as well as repairs. My Integra is old but still running strong at 19 years. In order for me to have a safe reliable vehicle, I often need repairs. Just yesterday I got new front struts, and rack and pinion fixed on my car. The difference is amazing. The front end of my car feels solid and ready for any bumps or potholes in the streets. The shop owner and his son are very trustworthy people. They always listen to my concerns about noises and squeaks on the vehicle suspension. They do their best to diagnose the problem, and offer a fix. I feel comfort in knowing that they mainly specialize in suspension and alignment issues. The lot is fairly big and there are always customers coming in or calling for repairs. The owner, and his son, as well as other employees, do their best to accommodate everyone without a long wait. I am very pleased with this business. read more

Finally!!! A great tire shop that's affordable! And it's easy to find and get in and out of. I was an idiot and hit a curb and dented my wheel. Every place I called said I was going to have to replace it, which would have cost major $$$. When I called Tire World they told me to bring it down and they could probably fix it. Sure enough they could. They saved me hundreds of dollars and it only took a few minutes. And they don't mind you watching, which was very cool. The guys that work down there are very professional yet friendly. Excellent service, I will definitely be going back to Tire World for all my tire needs! read more
