$60 to change my tires to winter tires plus rims as well! :) The most affordable place I could find in Mississauga, great service for the price. Note: No credit cards, only cash or debit. It took around 45-50 minutes to get the tires changed. But I didn't mind that because they had lots of comfy seats with Free Wi-Fi in their lounge area. There's also TVs and charging ports for your cellphones too. The service is professional and friendly. I would definitely come back again. Just remember to make the appointment 2 weeks early as they book up fast during this time. read more

My go to place for tires. Best prices. Obly ossue is they have become rather busy, with long wait times in the spring and fall when yirw change time arrives. Nevertheless, for name brand tires, prices cannoy be beat. They also stock special oils for german cars with odd specs, etc, and at a good price. For good, off brand nexen tires, the nexen supplier in Etobicoke, ia cheaper and less buay. If you want Continental, toyo, yokohamay, etc. This is the place. Only otber querk is they charge for tire pluga for flats, etc that other places so for free. That aside, great place. read more

Had a terrible week where I had two flat tires days after the other. Such a nightmare getting into my car every morning. These guys helped me out outa patch on one of the tires a plug on the other until my new tires came in. Gave me three options for price point and reliability for my new tires. Despite the great reviews, I had a not so good experience. My tire change appointment was booked over 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday. If they did not have a certain part for my appointment, they had more than enough time to let me know so that I could reschedule my appointment or even ask me for my tire/car specifications. Ultimately this did not happen and I was advised after waiting 30mins during my tire appointment that they did not have my part which was the main reason that we went to this shop in the first place. Fine...No part is fine but why would they install my tires still?? I just wanted this done right the first time. The first person that spoke to us toId us that we would have to come back in the new year to have that part installed and it was only necessary if my car vibrated which may happen on the highway if I reached 110km/h. I was repeatedly told the same thing after speaking to 2 other people. Well the exact same night, I was getting onto the highway and at about 70 to 80km/hr, my car started to vibrate and I had to take local home....Not impressed with what I was told. Anyways, I was able to properly get my tires reinstalled with no vibrations...with someone else. read more

Bought tires form here a couple of times, nothing but good things to say about them. Phone calls answered promptly. E-mails answered in good time. Always up-front & forthcoming with prices and other requested information - no "hiding the ball" with answers like "call me" or "come in for a quote" - I appreciate that. It would be even better if the website had prices, but hardly anyone does that in GTA so I'll give them 5 stars anyway, at least they don't make you fill out the silly online form like most of the bigger chains. Casual but very courteous environment - seems like a family operation with a real "team" environment. Very accommodating with booking, good installation. Location is far from me but on the plus side the industrial park is a great place to road test the car right away and check for noise or vibrations at speed. Tires23 is well rated here as well as on many car clubs, forums & RFD, and my experience was consistent with that. Just had a terrible experience here. Old guy working the front desk with a fruity man bun couldn't take 2 minutes away from his busy day or pull himself away from the porn on his screen to explain to me the available offers or deals. When he finally serves literally everybody else before me, he lays the famous Tires23 scam on me, where they refuse to help you on the spot but instead beg for a deposit to lock you into an appointment at the most inconvenient possible time. Tried to get them to call me in case of someone else's cancellation and he flat out tells me he doesn't care Unprofessional slobs working there is my 2 cents , and there was a steady stream of people coming back inside after Tires23 pump and dump them because of incorrect tire pressure, sensors adjustment, and so on A true 1 star experience read more

I got my summer performance michelin pilot super sport tires from them for my 335i. they gave me the best price for the tires and installation compared to every other places i called. their service was very professional: the way they lifted the car, installed the tires on the rims, then packed my old tires and put it in the car for me and the care they put on the whole service was undeniable. not bad. bought my winter tires here. needed to mount, balance and install. i had to come back in later for rebalancing since the first time it was done, it was loud as f***. second time, better. but still noisy. didn't bother coming back. though they gave no hassle when i mentioned there was an issue, it was still a bother. real friendly service though, patient even with silly questions (since i lack in car interest) btw, there's a decent sitting area, leather couches i think and tv. vending machine and drinks available. read more

Went to get my BMW tries switched. They did a good job on that, however, 1 logo on my rim was missing. I asked what happened they said they don't know where the logo is. Therefore I had to go to the BMW shop to buy one myself. When I gave my fob to the guy he was playing around with it and dropped it..didn't even apologize. read more

Not recommended. They ordered wrong tires for me even I provided my car model. They don't admit their mistakes. At the end, I figured out they even put two different tires on my car. These guys did a great job on my 2004 BMW 330Ci convertible. Brought it in for a tire swap, mount and balance. Work was done fast, they were careful with my rims, and even spotted a fitment issue that other tire shops had missed. Turns out one of my rims was slightly the wrong size. These losers damaged my rims twice in 2 years, using what seems like a crowbar to get the tires off my precious rims. Multiple scratches and dings all around the circumference of all four rims while trying to pry off the rubber from the rim like the animals that they are! Tires23... an excellent example of what is wrong with modern day society and the "good enough" attitude so many possess. I hear SimplyTire on Toro Rd are really good and I almost went there first, I wish I had. Thats my next tire stop. read more

I own a '06 BMW 325i and they changed the rear rubber in Oct 2013. They cracked the $1100 rim when they removed the old rubber. It's obvious they used a pry bar or something leveraged on the outside of the rim. Careless. Then they give me a spiel about how BMW rims are cheap. read more

Buyers beware, always check your tires after installation or simply avoid this shop. As a tire shop, they installed my tires in the wrong direction for a directional tire. I did not expect this coming from a TIRE shop that I thought they were reputable and knowledgable in the main product they sell. My winter tires were purchased brand new from tires23 on Monday, November 11, 2015, and I did not realize the installation was wrong until I got home. After notifying them on the phone, all I got from them was some poor attitude stating "There is nothing they can do" and they expect me to take another day off work to go back for reinstallation, while putting on another 50 km on my brand new tires running in the wrong direction. In the end, I did take it back for reinstallation and I wasn't even asking for compensation for the error they made. Perhaps a sincere apology would have settled some of my frustration for wasting my time and problem they caused. But instead, the apology came in an unwilling and "take it for granted" tone, while suggesting "Everyone makes mistake" really upsets me even more. As a customer that rely on your expertises in the work you do, and telling me your mistake is not a big deal? At that point, I am sure they don't care about the work they do, and even less about the customer. I would suggest future buyers to spend your money elsewhere when the competitors offer similar prices with better services. read more

Tires 23 provides very competitive prices and fast service, with WIFI in a nice waiting lounge area. The 3-star rating is due to unpleasant experience that the seal (where the tire and rim meet) would break after a year or two and start leaking. I talked to other experienced mechanic and was told this may be caused by not spending time to properly sand the rim before putting the tire on the rim. I have 3 cars at home, of which two serviced by Tires23 had this problem. Not all four tires would leak the same year and is a pain keeping track each tire needed re balancing and installing. Two cars each with separate summer and winter sets. So total 4 sets tires to keep track of. Cost to re-seal each tire is about $20. My third car is a Benz never experienced seal break during the lifespan of tires, which usually is a 5 to 6 years span. In any case this review is not a criticism, and if Tires 23 can spend an extra 30 seconds to properly sand each rim, Superb ! read more
