I used to use this shop for my fleet vehicles. We had 40+ vehicles in and out for preventative maintenance. The previous shop manager did a great job keeping in communication with us and moved all repairs/oil changes along without issue. He had since been promoted and the service and customer service has taken a serious hit. We have moved our entirety of maintenance elsewhere with the poor customer service, extremely long service times, and genuine apathy whether or not they have our service. read more

I just had a 4 wheel alignment done on my 2009 Chevy at tires plus and asked the manager to have the mechanic grease the upper ball joints. When they were done the steering wheel was way off of center. I had a large clunk turning corners and the mechanic that did the alignment said he could not grease the ball joints because there was no grease fittings in the top of the ball joints. I told him the grease fittings are in the bottom of the ball joints and even showed him. He then said to me again they are not in the top so he can not grease them. This was like a Seinfeld episode. A complete joke that their so called mechanics really no nothing about the cars/trucks they work on. Do not risk your life trying to save a few bucks going to tires plus! You do get what you pay for! read more

Took two wheels in to get the tires mounted and balanced. When the guy tries to balance the wheel he doesn't have the right cone so he can't balance the wheel and in the process gouges the paint on my wheel. It is an old steel wheel that is painted off a mid-70's classic car. Then the guy behind the counter isn't even going to tell me they didn't balance my wheels and is going to charge me for it. Luckily I was watching them work on the wheels so I knew they did not get balanced. I told him I was not paying for the balancing that they did not do. He finally took the charge off my bill. A this point I did not know they had damaged my wheels. When I get home and discover the damage I immediately called to tell them. The manager tells me to come back to the store so he can see the damage. I tell him I will be there in 15 minutes. When I get there he sits out in the shop area and makes me wait 20 minutes! When he finally comes in, all he can do is tell what he is not going to do for me. No apology for anything. He says I'll take some pictures and talk to the area manager and call you tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and he never calls me. I call the TiresPlus customer service number and open a damage claim. It's now been 19 days and no one has called me. I have called them 3 times now and they say someone will call me back. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. My advice, find another tire place to go. TiresPlus obviously does not care about their customers. read more

Another great experience. I came in for help getting a tire off so I could figure out what the grinding noise was and also fi fix a flat tire. They resolved both issues quickly, and for less than what I anticipated. They offered additional service, but did not push it. read more

Buyers BEWARE! Had brake job done (new brake lines installed) and needed 2 new brake calipers for $121.99 a piece labor not included. I can get same brake calipers at the same auto parts store they did for get this $58.99. That's a crazy mark up in my opinion. Apparently if you need replacement parts you are going to pay big money for them. BEWARE!!!! read more

I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima that recently spent some time at this auto spa. She sat for 2 years after spending 3 years in Houston with my daughter at college. Not gonna lie...she came back to Wisconsin with issues that I couldn't afford to fix and wasn't sure I should. Fast forward to last week and I needed this car. Tires Plus took it...diagnosed it step by step and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Made repairs in 4 days and got the car back on the promised day. AND SHE RUNS LIKE THE DAY I BROUGHT HER HOME (and hit a deer ...but that's another story). Thanks guys for doing such great work on an old girl like her. So our appointment was at 10 o clock. they finally pulled our car in at 1030 and didnt start actually changing the tires until 11am. the job was finished at 1230. I asked about the excessive time to do the job and was dismissed with an attitude. wont be going back there. read more

Wairlted about 5 minutes before anyone arrived to the sevice desk. Waited over TWO HOURS in the lobby while they changed the oil in my car and a "free" brake check. Over TWO HOURS!! The service writer blew me off after I mentioned I was here for an hour and 40 minutes. The gentleman before me was complaining how long his service took. Nobody was ever at the service desk. The bathroom was dirty and totally disgusting. The coffee pot was full of coffee the entire time and NEVER freshened. Hey, who doesn't love stale and burnt coffee. The 2 hours I was here it sat and was never dumped. Never will I come back. read more

Received an oil change at this tires plus. They failed to put the oil cap back on which caused my car to slowly leak oil until my oil light came on which is when I realized the error. I called tires plus and they told me I'd have to find somewhere to get oil in the car to drive it there (No offer to tow or assist). Once there, I asked that they do an engine check and a new oil change as well as cleaning up my car. They did do a new oil change, but no engine check, my car still had oil all over and to top it off they didn't even pay for the oil I had to buy a week after getting an oil change. I've used other Tires Plus stores in the past, but I will not be taking any vehicles to this one again. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! Honestly every single time we've gone in there has been issues! Whether it's because they "forgot" to balance our tires or taking hours to put tires on, or my rims getting scratched from their machinery. We only went back because we brought a warranty and our tires pop from something on the highway. They didn't have the higher performance tires we originally brought so it got downgrade to less expensive tires. We got one tire replaced and the other side $142 --- for one wheel. Also, when we called back they basically called us a scam artist. Sorry for using the discount codes you have online for a wheel back in 2015 for a completely different car! read more

Scheduled to have tires put on five days in advance. Got there to have tires installed and were told they didn't have the ones we expected, indicated on appt form. Instead they wanted us to buy tires over $200 more than quoted online. This isn't the first time this has happened with Tires plus. The same thing happened when we got the set on the car now and we thought it was an isolated incident. Guess we know better now. read more

Yeah, not a fan. The basic oil change service they offer apparently doesn't include such basics as checking fluid levels. But, more importantly than that, after said oil change they didn't bother to reconnect the air filter housing. Sloppy, sloppy work. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

Worst experience I've had at an automotive shop. I had an appointment for 10am to mount and balance 4 tires on my car. Should be an hour or so job. I waited 30 minutes just to drop off my keys. I came back at 4pm to pick up my car. They didn't even put my tires on. That's 6 hours. Needless to say I will never be coming back read more

Came here for brakes. Was quoted over the phone half what they actually charged me. Then when job was done they asked for credit card info over the phone!1400 for a 4 hour brake job told them price was way too high guy said that's our standard rate. Appointments mean nothing at this place. I had a 9am appointment, dropped my car (Lexus) off at 8:50am and was told that my tire replacement would take approximately 2.5 - 3 hours and the desk attendant read back my phone number (which was correct) so they could call me when my car was finished. Four hours passed so I called the place. The girl (Lacey) that answered the phone started asking me what size tire I needed on my car (she referred to my other car, a Toyota Highlander). I explained that my car (Lexus) had a 9am appointment and should be completed now, which was the reason for my call, and she went on to explain that there were two tire sizes and she needed to go into the shop to make sure they had my size in stock and would call me back. 5 minutes later she called back and said that my car hadn't been worked on yet, in fact they thought they were working on my OTHER car (Highlander) and didn't see it in the parking lot. When I explained that it was the Lexus that had the appointment (the key they took from me even has the Lexus logo), she said they could squeeze me in and it would be about an hour to complete the tire replacements (which obviously meant they were going to do a rush job). I told them to not work on my car, I was coming in to get the keys and would be taking my business elsewhere. When I went to pick up the key, I asked the same guy that I initially checked in with earlier that day what exactly happened that my car wasn't even worked on when it had an appointment. He shrugged his shoulders and said 'I don't know, it somehow got overlooked'. Meanwhile a mechanic walked in and pointed at the computer screen and said 'there, that's probably why it slipped through the cracks), however I was not given any more information, just that they didn't know exactly what happened. They continued to state that they were sorry the Highlander was overlooked. Again, not realizing they continued to talk about the wrong vehicle after I continually corrected them. Their blatant disregard for my time wasted and lack of attention to detail really turned me off. I would never recommend anyone waste their time or money at this company. read more

Do not go here. I took my wife's car here twice in the last week. Had a battery issue. They said it was a battery cable issue and fixed. Less than a week later I had a battery saver light on. I took it back in. The light turned off. I asked for them to check the systems they said they did not find any issues. I just got stranded in Wisconsin snow storm in the middle of nowhere in the car because of the same battery issue. The battery is also two weeks old. Customer service was terrible, they do not call you have to call to check on your vehicle, when you do call after 8 hours they act annoyed and rude on the phone. Add in subpar work and you have a recipe for a horrible experience. I will not take a car there again. If my car dies in their lot I'll pay to get it towed elsewhere! Please avoid. This used to be a nice place 2-3 years ago. It has gone downhill and fast! read more

Great service at a good price. I recently went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I told the technician that I hadn't rotated my tires as often as I probably should have and I was concerned about uneven wear. He assured me that he would inspect them and let me know. Afterward he came out and let me know that everything was ok. They explained my invoice and the manufacturers recommendations for future maintenance. In the past I have had places take advantage of me but I trust this place and will be going there from now on. Much better service than the more expensive competitor I usually go to. read more

Went to get an oil change. Less than a month and just over a thousand miles, the oil light comes on. Had to pull into a gas station and pay their inflated oil prices. Was down a quart and a half. To make matters worse, they had cranked the oil fill cap on so tight, I struggled to get it off so I could even add some oil. Never again. read more

I went to this location to fix a leak in one of my front tires. The next day I discovered they hadn't actually plugged the leak even though they told me they had. The place where they had circled the leak was still visible on the tire and they didn't seem to know how it didn't get fixed. On top of that they tried to tell me when I brought it back in that they couldn't fix a leak with a tire that worn and tried to sell me a new tire instead of fixing the leak they should have already fixed! As if that weren't enough, the day after that the wiper blade they had installed flew off right in the middle of a heavy rainstorm. Luckily I was close to the location and was able to get there even though I could hardly see through my windshield and they replaced the wiper blade. This place was nothing but a headache. On one of my visits through this ordeal I also heard one of the people give a young lady a hard sell on tires. It was cringe-worthy. I certainly will not be going back to this outfit. read more
