Do NOT go here staff keeps changing and they complain they don't get paid well. Look at the person working on your car. Yes you get lifetime alignment only to receive your vehicle with more problems. Now I have multiple lights going on my dashboard. I have sounds I never heard before. They will destroy your car. I will be investigating this issue as I see many similar reviews. I called to make an appt to have a nail removed and hole plugged. Slow leak I explained no emergency so when you have time and I can wait for it I'd like to schedule a time. So I made an appt. Told them when I dropped it off I would be waiting. 45 minutes later the truck hadn't been touched. I left. This isn't rocket science. I didn't show up unannounced with an emergency flat which is how you acted. Like somehow I was inconveniencing you and your schedule. I called to make an appt for something simple. And no one bothered to even look at it for 45 minutes. I'm not sure how long you expect people to wait. I'll buy the plug kit and do it myself. I've purchased my last 2 sets of tires from you so I'm wasn't some random new customer. Sad. read more

I'm giving a 1 star because I can't give any less. If you want to pay more than you have, this is the place to go to. I was expecting to just get my tires changed today, plus get the aligment done, and was expecting it to come down to a total of around $400. However, they made me wait over 3 hours today just for them to not even do the aligment and "make up" issues with my car. I changed my oil yesterday and they gave me a call saying "we have a couple of recommendations" and proceeded to work on my car; they changed the oil even when it wasn't needed and other stuff that only God knows what. The total came down to almost $800 (double of what I was willing to pay). Terrible customer service. These "experts" had me waiting for hours just for them to take advantage of you. They just lost a great customer, so please don't make the same mistake I did. There are plenty of better options out there. Stay safe. read more

These guys suck, straight up. I have a flat tire so I come here at 5:30 and they close at 7pm, the guy working is all alone and says he can't do anything at night he's just waiting to close, so I make a 5:30 appt the following day, get here at 5:30, it's 6:20pm and they haven't even started working on my car yet, what's the point of making an appt in the first place. The cashier also told me " it would be a hot minute" since the guy inside was working on a van in the bay which only needed 2 tires replaced. Pros: Easy to make an appointment for a free inspection Cons: The appointment means nothing. Was told on the phone that it would take 30 mins to complete the inspection. 75 mins. later they hadn't even started it. When I came into check on it, the desk guy went to check on it and disappeared for 20 mins. When I asked whether my car could now be prioritized, they went ahead and got the inspection done, but then it just sat there for another 20 minutes because no one bothered to finish it up and pull it back out of the garage. I had to chase them from start to finish just to get out of there in 2 hours. These people could care less. Don't go. read more

Do not take your car here unless you want them to break it. Prior to bringing my car here, I had no issues with the steering or driving and I had no warnings popping up on my screen. I came in for a wheel alignment ( I signed up for the free alignment for life when I purchased my tires last year). I left with my steering wheel very stiff to turn and it was misaligned (gearing towards the left in order to drive straight), my chassis stabilization deactivated, and sensors broken. I retuned to the store to explain the issues I encountered shortly after I drove off. Steve, the manager, took my car for a test drive and told me nothing was wrong with it from what they did. He had no idea what chassis stabilization even meant, he had to look it up on YouTube!! He told me the steering wheel was fine and that my sensor just so happens to need to be replaced but it had nothing to do with the alignment that was done today, even though I had no issues leading up to my appointment. He told me there was nothing they could do. Didn't even offer to investigate the issues further. I now have to bring it to another mechanic shop and have them fix the costly issues they created. When I called tires plus to make sure I had the name of the manager who I dealt with, I told them I had to call corporate because I am still having issues with the car. All Steve could say was "that's crazy". No apologies, no offering to fix what they did wrong, nothing!! He just brushed me off. 0/10 will never be returning!!! read more

My experiences here in the past were fine but not today. I made a 1 p.m. appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I dropped the car off at 12:55 and was told with no hesitation the car would be ready in one hour. I came back at 2 p.m. and they hadn't even touched it. So what was that 1-hour estimate based on? If they had delays, could they not have texted me before I returned? And no one offered any information about when they could even start. Needless to say I collected my car key and left. Had to purchase some tires, and decided on this location due to price and convenience. Shawn was very helpful and nice, and had great customer service. The shop had my car ready to go with new tires installed within two hours. However, dealing with Mike, the "sales specialist" was an aggravating disaster. Hes an awful salesman, and comes across as aggressive and rude, with zero customer service. He totally tried to rip me off, saying I needed to replace things on my car that I had purchased less than a year ago. He got annoyed when I asked him to break down the price of everything he was trying to sell/rip me off on. Could see right through it. To make matters worse, he was extremely disrespectful when I came to pickup my car, and pay for my invoice. Didn't mention anything about the work, or where my car was parked. When I was paying with my card, he even pulled out his iPhone and started texting someone or looking something up on it during the transaction, in which I'm spending hundreds of dollars. Told him thank you after I paid and got my key, and he didn't even look up from his phone as I walked out the door. Again, zero customer service. I was a customer here for a long time. Called ahead to see if they had availability for a tire patch. They said yes come on in. I get there and show the front desk guy my tire he says yes no problem. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. I come back 1.5 hours later and they forgot to do my car. He said sorry they forgot to give the keys off and it would be another 1ish hours. I wait another 30 mins and the guy comes and tells me the mechanic can't fix it but they can sell me a new tire!! The mechanic never even looked at my tire, my car never moved! Do not go here. Employee's aren't pushy which is great, because at Jiffylube they will easily push you into buying something you don't need and overcharge you. One thing for certain is that management does not check any vehicles after the mechanics have completed their service. I had an oil change at 40k miles and at 1k miles later, the oil change light came back on. The mechanics didn't reset this. When it comes to my property, I'm very nitpicky. If you can't do your job properly then you shouldn't be taking care of my car and you aren't putting the safety of the customer first. I ordered three tires and was told they were in stock and I could wait for 90 minutes and they would be installed . I waited outside for 90 minutes and then was told there was mistake and they didn't have the tires . So I made an arrito return two days later and was told it would be 90 minutes . Again I hung around but when I returned in 90 minutes they hadn't even started the work . Eventually after 3 hours the work was finally . Don't use this company if you want good service or good communication. Sloppy and unconcerned for customers . Go elsewhere unless you like ridiculous delays . As a 35 year resident of Jupiter, Florida, I decided to purchase two new tires and an alignment on my pick up truck and give Tire Plus a try. I have purchased tires at Costco and Tire Kingdom in the past. I dropped off my truck at my appointment time with no problem, but when I returned to pick up my truck, the business had closed early with no notification, with my vehicle locked inside. I tried calling, no answer... everyone was gone! This caused a problem as I had to travel early the next morning and needed my truck.. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Last October I was there for an oil change on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. The store manager at the time was very polite and helpful. My car was serviced and the oil was "supposed to be change." Well guess what they forgot to do?! Replace my Oil... Yes, Really! My car broke down after about a couple miles and had to be towed to the dealership. My engine blew and had to be completely replace. $15,000 grand plus later I'm out for new engine, car rentals, lost time from work and wages and running back and forth. The store refuses to pay me back or even acknowledge that they messed up my Jeep. I haven't received so much as one phone call apologizing for all the trouble. Tires Plus acts like money grows on trees for the rest of us. I'm beyond angry and disgusted with the stores behavior. They should have filed an insurance claim and paid me for the damages. Terrible dishonest work! Asked for tire rotation and oil change simple right! NOPE ! First thing I noticed was that my tires we're not rotated . I marked them . Duh ! Mechanic insisted he did ! I had a 9 am appt. Asked to take the spare and put it on the right front rim and take right front tire and find out why it won't hold air and make that tire the spare after repairing the leak issue. They charged me $14.98 to balance the spare which had never been off the car. Then they mounted the ugly spare rim on the front of my car, and put the leaking tire as the spare. In other words, they just switched the 2, and re-charged me to balance a tire that was already balanced. I took the car back immediately and asked does this look like a junk car to you? Why would I have 3 decorative rims and one ugly spare on the car? He told me that's what I asked for. Ok. I own 3 vehicles. I will not be back. Ladies, save yourself the trouble. Unfortunately I had plenty of time to decide about writing a review. I'm unsure if I just have that bad of luck, but the comments saying how fast it was don't seem to hold water. Appointments actually seen redundant. I had an appointment for 1, my car hasn't moved at its 2:30. I had 2 tires prepaid and shipped to their location using TireRack.com (which has better prices and ensures what you need will be there when you are) but unfortunately that doesn't change the speed of service. Definitely unimpressed and there was zero communication on their end. Doubt I'll be returning to this location unfortunately. 3:30 update: Still here car has moved but no one is working on it. Buyer beware. I took my vehicle there to have the front brakes done upon their recommendation when I was there for rear shocks. They called me and said I needed to take back to where I had the rear brakes done in March, this was December. Had no issue with the brakes. When I picked it up the ABS light was on, check brake system light was on, driver display said to check brake system, brake regen had been disconnected, and brake fluid was low. It was closing time so they bring back Monday. Big puddle of brake fluid in my driveway when I moved it and driving it there it shuddered. They said "we can't find anything wrong" and you need to return to whomever did the rear brakes. Funny I had no issues for eight months. My vehicle has been messed up ever since, at an independent garage with someone I know personally to see if they can straighten it out. I'm writing this review with a stench of burnt chemical that came over me just from being in the car. On the drive back from getting a "high mileage oil change" and a valve gasket repair, I noticed something completely off. The car would not go past 50, and just having it on felt like an explosion was to come, and I wish I was exaggerating. The car was wobbling, making circus sounds, and the smell was horrendous (burnt popcorn/coal) I immediately called the TiresPlus spot in Jupiter to voice my concerns and to leave the car there for, again a full business day, and ended up ignored 25 minutes before close. I sort of expected this, because on my way out they warned me to be aware that the check engine light may come on and to bring it back in if there's "slight resistance". I wish I was joking when I say that I am lucky to be alive from going straight from their Jupiter location to my car's actual manufacturer. The car is completely screwed, way beyond their checkout suggestions of bringing it in if minor symptoms (specifically check engine light/hesitation) are experienced. I am out 673 dollars and a car for the foreseeable future. read more

Took my wife's car with a nail in the rear tire. Salesman came out to look and stated that the rear tires had little life left and that they wouldn't fix the flat. Ask him for a price for 2 new rear tires thus the Mercedes Benz dealer when I took the car for service in March said I would need tires in the rear soon. The salesman quoted me $567 for 2 new rear tires installed. He said earliest was Tuesday for an appointment. Went ahead and set the it up for Tuesday. I was traveling so my wife took the car in. They said the price was $702. I didn't get a written quote on Saturday, my fault. Said he quotes the wrong size when he specifically wrote down the rear tire size. The salesman on Saturday never went to the front of the car. Went ahead installing the 2 rear tires and paid. 1st and last time I visit this establishment. Be careful at this location. Full disclosure--I have never bought tires here, but I can certainly vouch for the "plus" part. The employees here are very accommodating. I've had my oil changed here, no pushy salespeople, which I totally appreciate. I've also brought my car here when the low tire light was on and they fully checked all four tires, found nothing, filled the tires up and didn't charge me a thing. They also have done this for my daughter and patched her tire very reasonably. My sister has also used this location for her car servicing and has had awesome experiences as well. So we drove a 79 Camaro across America from LA to Miami and while on the turnpike going south we noticed a huge puddle of water filling up in the floor of the passenger side.
