I've purchased a few vehicles next door from bill collins Ford and the new thing is setting up oil changes and repairs using the FordPass which accumulates points. On my Ford pass it says Incan redden my points here next door to there lot. They have always done a fair and quick job for us. Recently they actually had to exchange out a tire for us as something sliced it pretty good. Pricing wasn't bad but then again I had a ton of Ford pass points so Maybe that heavily discounted it. Overall solid shop that is easy and quick and has good communication. I've yet to have them try and upsell me extra packages and stuff which is nice. I've taken a brand new car to Val online before and they will still say you need to replace and air filter or something.

They say your drain plug is missing a gasket cause I had some oil leaks and this was on July 30 in a month. I haven't driven 3000 miles yet. they give me a note to take back to them so that they could maybe give me a free oil change in the future or fix whatever they had missed on my car but I went to them today and they said they do not care after five years of loyalty. This has become my go-to place whenever an issue props up. I've found Tire Discounters to be quick, professional and helpful. On more than one occasion, including the most recent time, they've fixed or diagnosed a problem and didn't even charge me for it. That's pretty rare for any type of auto shop. While they can be a bit busy, they usually get you in and out ina decent amount of time, especially if you have an appointment. Hopefully you won't have to use this type of service for your tires. The gentleman from Autozone tested the battery and said it was good, but the problem was the alternator. At that moment, Desmond Yeary of Yeary Automotive, who was helping one of his customers in the parking lot with his 12-year-old son, overheard our conversation. He handed me his card and said he could come by my house at 3:00 and install the part for me. I went back into the store, and the guys at the desk said he was a regular customer and even recommended him. Normally, I am skeptical, but his young son, who was part of the operation, sold me. Desmond and his son showed up on time and fixed my problem. The price was very reasonable, and I enjoyed seeing the relationship between him and his son. Clearly, the son was learning the trade with his dad--very cool. The next day, my car wouldn't start, and I had to jump it to get back on the road. I went back to Autozone, and they tested the battery and alternator again, saying both were good. I called Desmond, and he came over that afternoon. He and his son worked on the car for almost two hours. Desmond pulled out special meters and analytic tools and finally found that the battery had a dead cell, which evaded detection by the Autozone folks. Desmond then pulled out the battery, took it back to Autozone where it was replaced for free under the warranty, reinstalled the battery, and charged me nothing. Let's be clear: the battery was not Desmond's problem, yet he didn't charge me for all that work. There are a lot of busy (and older) folks out there, and a mobile mechanic makes a lot of sense. I am a fan, especially of this guy. As a former police officer and present security consultant, a healthy skepticism is a good thing. There are several things you can do to ensure the mechanic you hire isn't going to rip you off... but I did none of these things because I think I am a good judge of character. You can trust Desmond Yeary, and I recommend him highly.

That was tested today when we found ourselves in a tight spot. He proved all the positive ravings to be true. He came to the job promptly and worked efficiently doing everything he promised in an efficient manner saving us money! I declare with no hesitation that he is our new mechanic, and I will not hesitate to call him when I have any automotive issue and we will be spreading the word. I just hope he doesn't get so busy that he has trouble fitting me in :)
