I called first thing in the morning and Jake re-assured me I didn't have to worry & they would be able to take care of me. When I arrived Jake was very professional and calming. He searched my car for the tire lock key & when one wasn't found he was able to go back & work with the Mechanics to determine if Discount tire had one for my BMW. Even BMW sent me the wrong lock key when I proactively ordered one so I would have my own for the car. Jake was able to use critical thinking (I was lacking in the moment) to let me know we could use the key I purchased by putting on the kit provided by BMW. I could go on & on about how thorough Jake was to make sure I was back on the road quickly. This included buying the same BMW tires I had through Discount tire sources. He even suggested and taught me about tire flats to ensure if this happened again, I could drive on the new tires he ordered for me. He also got me a spare which I didn't have because BMW cars don't come with them when purchased. I didn't know that until I had the flat. I was a mess. I have told everyone I know about this discount tire & Jake. I will definitely be back for all my tire & windshield wiper needs.

They are always happy to see you, go out of their way to get what you need and not upgrade you out of your wallet. My entire tire installation with free balancing took less than an hour. The tires are awesome. The people are awesome. I asked if I may need new brake pads. They could have told me I needed them. But, they were happy to report I still had plenty of life on my break pads. I've visited other tire shops who tend to push all kinds of things I know I don't need. Stop by Big O! They've never let me down.

Tom took a look at my tires and said that he did not recommend doing a tire rotation because one of them was dry rotted, however he did not say it kindly. He went on to tell me that basically my tire would pop on the interstate and that I would die. Was not impressed with this sales pitch and did not appreciate the fear mongering. They closed in 30 minutes so it seemed like they just didn't want to do the work.

It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.

I'm very grateful to the team at AA. My car was towed there late at night, and the next day, they replaced the tire. Unfortunately, it ended up being a little too loud, so we took it back in today, and they fixed it immediately. They are open later than most places, and they even have weekend hours! Staff is helpful and nice. A good experience that will have me returning even when it isn't just the closest place available!
