It's now thursday 9/19 with the jeep finally done and them telling me a $700 price tag which i was not happy with considering what was getting done(receipt attached)for what i told them what was wrong with it as well as the time frame of being out of a vehicle for a week because of a small task to do..i go to pick it up this morning nonetheless after leaving a voicemail stating "for that price that it better be working" when i go to drive off and experience every bit of the same problems i was having, car would not go past 20 mph, engine shook like crazy and engine light immediately came on, NOTHING changed.. - I pull it back in, he plugs in his reader and finds the problem to be a ignition coil immediately, hops out tells me i should be charged for this diagnostic fee after he failed to do his job all because he was pissed off from the voicemail i sent..in which he claims he had already done a diagnostic test so i state "if you did that how would you not see the ignition coil on there from the problem in the beginning not to mention it not running right the single second i started driving it(didnt even get off the lot)" - The man never did test it, lied about it and got caught up in what he guessed the problem to be but was wrong and instead fixed $700 of things that never needed the attention in the first place but instead of taking responsibility for his actions the owner Ed decided to lash out at the top of his lungs with every threat he could get out ending with "get the fck out of my shop and go fck yourself" with proceeding to get in not only my face but my mothers as his temper could not be calmed down from even his own receptionist which happens to be his niece as she was even shaking scared from his reaction. - Don't go near this place, robbed me of $700 without fixing the original problem while lying about what they did and to top it off threatened to get physical, not very professional in my opinion, make him famous.
