At this point I totally regretted not telling my MIL to go elsewhere. I wish now I would have taken her to Paramount Kia of Hickory instead. They do not treat their customers that way and I know from experience. I have purchased 4 Kia's from them. Her Tucson was suppose to be washed. It was not. It looked like someone just took a rag to it. Also Jorden told us he could not give us anymore for our trade because the were going to have to replace the bumper. Turned out to be a total lie.
