My valve stem failed and needed it changed out. Jonas was our tech and he was able to get the job done with little effort. I was able to observe and I like the fact they run a wire brush along the edge of the rim to remove road grime for a better tire seal. I was a little worried because of the low rating on Yelp, however, the service quality was top notch. In my opinion, it's the guys working in the front that may be why reviews are low. When I asked about a military discount I was told he could not change the invoice of the other service cashier. These gentlemen are not about pleasantries or chatting nicely, because they are trying to take in all the customers and get the vehicles serviced, so I totally get that. Brought my car in on a friday at 7:30AM to have wheel bearing replaced and new tires put on. By Wednesday at 4:00pm it was still not done. They are charging over $800 for replacing wheel bearing, studs, lug nuts, and a rim replacement. We supplied our own tires and several studs. Had we gotten the vehicle back on monday after everything I wouldn't mind the $800+ price. When I called to discuss the price since it's so high considering the time frame they've had the car, I was told that considering the work they did it isn't that high. But We have been without a car for nearly a week and any time I have called to check on progress we've been told "we're doing it right now". I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a cylinder misfire. Almost $1k later I was told it was fixed and ready for pickup. Excited to get my vehicle back, I remote start and head inside to pay the bill. I come out and the car isn't running at all. So I hop inside and fire it up, only to find that it's idling rough and there's a check engine light on the dash. I let the guy that was handling my case know before I leave the parking lot, and he's ask me to bring it in to look at it. After a few minutes he's come back and tells me that it's has something to do with programming and they didn't have to authority from the manufacturer to do it. So, I take it to another shop for a second opinion (still running rough and all mind you). The transmission shop that I was referred to by the person helping me at Tires-3, told me that there was a vacuum leak because they forgot to put a tube back. I returned to them for the fix and all was well for a month and half. Cylinder misfire is again an issue and I gave this shop a chance to fix the issue yet again, only to be told that it's now a head gasket going out and now quoted for an $11k engine replacement. So, I again take it to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out my oil cooler is leaking and there's a faulty transfer case module. No head gasket issue, no special programming needed, no new engine needed. Long story short, get a second opinion....always. Even if it was a head gasket issue, it shouldn't be an engine replacement as an answer. There are kits out there for gasket replacement, but knowing what I know now I don't trust this place to do the work in it's entirety. read more

We urgently needed tires put on an RV for a trip the next day. It started shaking on the Interstate. We called after 5pm and still got someone, who gave us a quote and clear directions. We dropped our vehicle off at night and called to confirm service in the morning. They were already looking at it, and went over the tire options with me. Brought my car in to get an oil change and winter tires swapped on. They got it done in a timely manner considering how busy they were. Got inside my car to drive away and a bobblehead I had gotten in Hawaii had been ripped off my dash, and because I had dust on my dash from driving on gravel roads I could see smudge marks from where they tried to rub off the adhesive that was stuck to my dash. Went to talk to a worker inside and was told they'd keep an eye out for it, not really much he could do considering it was most likely someone in the shop that took it. Theft and borderline destruction of property is not a good look for a business. At least they made it an easy decision for my family and I to become lifelong customers somewhere else. I started taking my vehicles to TTT since about 2016. The service has always been top rate. I get assistance right upon entering the building which is nice. They give you an estimate of how much $ and time it will take to fix your car --and that's it. If you choose to stay while your car is being worked on or getting the oil changed, you can wait in their comfy spacious waiting area, stocked with pop, coffees, cappuccinos and a variety of cookies, along with newspapers, TV and a large multi-phone charging station. Back to my vehicle. They have always been very respectful and responsive to whenever I ask them to call me if they find something more wrong with my car, or if it's going to cost a significant amount more than estimated. They have a complimentary shuttle service that will take you to and from their facility while your car is being worked on, or even if you can't wait for an oil change. Plus, they always have a record of any vehicles that I've taken there, and any past maintenance history. I certainly can't complain about going there. I love it. read more

I came in with my 2 years daughter and when Richard informed me he could get me in NOW, im thinking great then i will have time to feed daughter and do other stuff. 2 hours later, i checked with Richard and only the tires had been changed. This is my favorite tire place of all time. If you know the old style tire stores that are dirty and smell of rubber with creepy people trying to upsell you better tires and then screwing it up. Then you go into the "waiting room" that has not been cleaned since the 1960s and there is a an old black and white TV with bunny ears. Then there are the bathrooms, that as a guy I am afraid to pee in. Good news. Tires Tires Tires! is the exact opposite of al other tire stores. They sell what is needed and listen to you for what you drive. The waiting room is FANTASTIC I would hope that upper scale hotels would have this nice of a waiting room. Free WiFi! Had a tire replacement done that took over three hours. They are not a well organized team and are Not professional by any mean. Before we left the shop we explained that tire pressure sensor was going to recalibrate itself after 15-20 minutes. Low and behold that never happened. I call back the next day and the man told me at noon that he'd have it done by 4pm. A job that they need to correct. And went on to explain that they are complete fuck ups because, and I quote, "people bring their tires back often" I told him that's not common for a good shop and had i known that I would've taken my business else where. Not only will never come back or recommend to anyone else but I will in fact warn others to steer clear of a place that knows that they can't get the job right. In the past I have waited up to 5 hours for new tires to be put on (I had an appointment for 4 new tires to be put on and it took them 5 hours!) The service is poor. Had an appt for oil change at noon at West location in Sioux Falls. Arrived at 11:50am. Left for an hour and checked in and was told my car was not done. I asked approx how much longer. Was told 20 minutes and they got behind. I checked back after 30 minutes. I asked if he could check to see if they even started on it. He said they were just adding the oil. I asked how long does just an oil change take with an appt. He said one hour. I said you've had my car an hour and 40 minutes and I'm still waiting. He stared at me blankly. I went to wait again. 15 minutes later I see my car shoot out of the garage. 5 minutes later my keys are being dangled in my face. I stand up and follow the kid to the front. No discount no apology. I pay, go out to find my car in the farthest away possible parking spot when there were many in the lot right outside the front door. I get in my car and drive away and then notice oil dripped all over my windshield. A friend had recommended I go here and spoke highly of the service. I informed this friend that this was not the case for me. My friend reached out to one of the managers who I know was working this day as I heard him answering the phone. Improperly lifted my car and crushed my rocker panels. Tried to say the damage was from driving on gravel roads (get real) or hitting a raccoon (really? All four corners?). They even had the nerve to accuse me of dunk driving and going in the ditch, damage still doesn't reflect that. I had a body shop look at the damage and they said without a doubt the damage was from a car hoist like the ones Tires3 uses. Customers may notice they never admit fault when responding to reviews, they always blame the customer and make excuses. A simple apology would have been nice and probably would have kept me as a customer. A promise to do things right in the future, whether they were at fault or not, would have ensured I gave them another chance. Instead, they lied and ridiculed me. What a shame. I've always been impressed with the service here. I've taken both our cars for oil changes, new tires, and check engine lights. I have a car that is very sensitive to low PSI and each time I've been in they don't charge for the computer reading. That's much more than I can say for other places I've taken my cars. The tires have worked great at a good price and I've been happy with the oil changes. They have a very nice waiting room with big chairs, free drinks (soda) and things to eat. Went in to get a new battery installed. While driving home, started to smell something. Turns out, the guys forgot to put the lid of the battery back on. I called in asking what an alignment costs and the guy who answered was noticeably rude in the 1st minute i had him on the line. Love T3! My vehicle was leaking transmission fluid so I dropped it off on a Friday evening after work just before they closed. They were able to look at it early Saturday and call me to let me know what was wrong with it. Gave me a quote to fix it and said it would be Monday before they could get it in. Instantly I'm thinking great how do I get everyone to school and daycare down a vehicle. Later that same day they call and were able to squeeze it in and I was able to pick it up that same day. The one sticking point is when I called to set the appointment up, I asked about their financing, and they go through GE Money. I have a GE Money card already, so I thought "Great"... NOT. I saw some bad reviews about how slow they were. I found that yes, I had to wait - but I never saw anyone just standing around talking and joking. They were busy! They have very comfortable waiting area. They have coffee and soda fountain bar. Some very fresh cookies. Tv, computer area. They have also included a great little kids place - toys tv, books. I had Steve who checked me in and who kept me informed and explained in detail what they were doing. For me, I would rather have them take their time to do the job right. I wouldn't want them to be under so much pressure to "hurry" that they make a mistake. The only real complaint I would have is that - requesting appointment online - someone was supposed to get back with me to confirm time etc.... I did NOT hear from anyone. I finally had to call store and they squeezed me in at time I had requested. They had never gotten that appointment request! That is very frustrating. I have noticed that some other places I have gotten oil changes have exhibited concerning behavior...From trying to talk me into unnecessary repairs to not screwing my oil pan back in properly. I have always been happy going here. I drive a lot so I always get a higher mileage oil, which seems to run low by time I need an oil change. Never actually made it in here. One of my biggest peeves is when a business advertises something as free when it is anything but. I received a quote from them for new tires. They claim to include such services as installation, balancing and alignment for free with the purchase of new tires. After some price checking the price that they quoted me for just the tires was $200 more than the competitors. Most of the competitors do charge extra for mounting and/or do not include alignment, but they do not advertise those services as free. If you are charging $200 more than the base price for something, then those "free" services are not free. They are $200. When I called to see if there was a mistake or if they would at least price match, I tried to explain that to the gentleman. He acted as though I was too stupid to grasp the concept of what free is. I canceled my appointment, because I won't do business with a company that treats their consumers like they're idiots. read more

I am writing this for my husband, his experience and words. We wanted to get a 2007 Hyuandai Elantra front tires aligned. They were able to get it in right away today, quoting a price of $59.99 plus tax. They were working on it and said that it must have hit something and would need a wedge at an additional charge of $50. It only took an hour. As I drove home, I noticed a squeak that was not there before. I called and they said bring it back, which I did. But then they said that there was nothing they could do about it and that it must have been squeaking before I brought it in. So I wasted an extra hour with no satisfaction. They are liars.
