most horrific 3 months of my life. 250 k and these people do nothing but lie, cost you even more money than was contracted $8000 for me extra. home is on top of water currently, footers filled with water, they didnt back fil and i now have block holding all that moisture under house. over a month still waiting for plumber to back fill- water pouring under house thru those openings, they sign your names to papers and refuse to give you copies, they refuse to give you receipts, they hold they money they owe you read more

well i haven't been there,ithought about it but after reading the reviews,it doesn't appear that i want to check out their homes. i was put off by their website. this is a horrible website. most homes don't have enterior pictures and the ones that do only show the kitchen and living rooms.absolutely no price point on any homes.you have to submit your info for them to contact you.and from the comments that may not happen.so i was put off by this without even going there. not sure how they even stay in business read more

Look here and then run. Poor communication. Poor knowledge of their products. We had a 230 phone meeting setup on a Saturday. No call no text no email nothing. Then on monday oir sales lady never returned our calls. Should have known when she was an hour late the rime we drove 2 hrs ro look. After we said we were leaving them no call from the manager to apologize or even try to earn our business back. We will move on and buy somewhere else . read more

We bought a home from this place. Home was delivered the day after a really bad storm because they wanted it off their lot in November. After the house was placed it sat for over a month with minimal work done. As of March 21st it still has not been completed. We are told they will be out to work on a certain day and no-one shows up. It has been a nightmare trying to get a straight answer on when things will be done. They are really great at selling the homes but horrible about follow through once it is on your land. My advise is go somewhere else for your dream home or you will like us end up in a nightmare. If you have already bought take the advise from my lawyer, get everything in writing. Especially when they tell you when workers are coming because chances are you will not see anyone. I am in the process right now contacting the corporate office for this store. I was a cash buyer showed up pick out my trailer, And asked when they could install it they told me they would have it installed for me within four weeks I already had all my permits my groundwork my well my septic everything they contact me and tell me that the contractor will be installing it in a few days crickets nothing happened all they could do was tell me they couldn't get a hold of that Contractor but for an additional $4000 they had one that would fix me right up $4000 more than I contracted for this is a scam this is a place that used to be aluminum siding salesman run fast. read more

I am not sure how it went so wrong but it did. After 12 weeks and still no home ordered we went another direction. I would recommend caution if you intend to use them. 1. The installer refused to respond to anyone after the site visit. Our salesperson dropped the ball for over a month on this delaying the home before we stepped in. 2. After this, it became a cash sale and they wanted 100% of the funds 2 weeks before delivery. 3. If we hadn't asked, they would have delivered it to their lot and then to our site increasing the cost for no apparent reason. 4. We customized our home and it took up to a week to get a single change completed and back to us. I don't think we ever got to the final version of the plans. 5. The office manager tried to get us to go with one of their lenders. We had considered them but had found a local lender instead. It took 10 days for her to contact the lender so she could "approve" them. She did offer to contact her lender to get the closing costs reduced but that only added to our discomfort at using them. 6. We closed on our construction loan and our salesperson emailed everyone to see what was need to move forward (including his manager). She proceeds to act as if this never happened. 7. When we finally followed thru canceling the process then and only then did they get their act together. Needless to say we could no longer trust them to follow thru. 8. Lastly, we have been waiting 2 weeks for our refund (per the manager). It was supposed to have come 3 days ago and still nothing. So beware and be prepared that if things go bad they are not the best at getting them back on track read more

Less than 1 star. No stars is better I paid deposit down 6/2020, they rushed me to close telling me I didn't need my own attorney 11/2020. Suddenly, months after footers were in, they show up 12/2020 (2weeks give or take after closing) with the house and set it on my land. They have left my septic uncovered, no electric or plumbing hooked up, floors squeak, windows leak, no grading for runoff, no C.O., no keys- been paying mortgage for more than a year and nothing... still have logs from trees they cut, and won't move after cutting wrong trees, in my yard. This place ripped me off. Can't get them back out here to finish. Don't use this place!!!! They are thieves. no return calls- no communication in months. Contractors even stained up the carpeting - trim is screwed up, temp plumbing put in and now, since there were leaks, mold issues etc and water damage. they trapped me into this because I am female and don't know about construction etc. run!!!!!!
