They lie right to your face saying they will be there with you every step of the way but then they don't answer your calls or it takes them hours and sometimes days to even respond. Well, we bought our house in July 2023 and it has been an up and down situation. When the process started, everything was going great, the sales person, Lorena, was extremely helpful and showed us several homes to choose from, but once the house was delivered, she was instructed to let the other people deal with us. I guess that's because she only deals with sales and not the building/delivery/financing. So, I would say Lorena did a really good job helping us choose our house. Now after the house was delivered, that's when the problems started. The first thing I noticed was the house was painted two different colors. When I called and told them, and sent them photos, they told me it was just "Road Wash". Well, that's bull!! If it was "Road Wash" it should have been washed off, but instead the Red Carpet Trim people just slopped some paint on it, very uneven if I must say so, and called it good. When I was asked if I liked the job, I simply said, "Are You Kidding!" I know the walls were going to have some cracks due to the long haul, but these walls had canyons. The Red Carpet Trim people did what they did and in two weeks, the cracks were back, and in some places even worse. The painting in the house was absolutely terrible, the walls were crooked as a snake, one was off close to 5 inches bottom to top. The tile work throughout the house is horrible, totally uneven and not sealed and the floors have never been fixed, they still have big bubbles that rise and fall. I know that Titan did not build the house, but they did sell it. The manufacturer, Champion Homes, well, run away from them. Now about the manager at Titan, Phil. If it was not for him really stepping up and getting the manufacturer to do the repairs and make the home bearable, I don't think we would be in the house today. Thank you Phil for doing a fantastic job, and because of you, I would recommend Titan. Also want to advise buyers to be careful before you sign off, make sure your house is what you want or what you ordered. There are still a few things wrong with the house, and I know a house will never be 100%, but please make sure it is at least liveable before you release the funds. A few other issues I have had, the outside walls are going to have to be re-caulked because the factory caulking is coming off and there are gaps showing. The decks I have put on the house, part of the contract sales price, they look great, but the builder did not use treated lumber and only stained it, did not seal it. Even though I told the builder that the decks were not supposed to be attached to the house, per warranty, he said he had heard that, but he always attached. When I mentioned this to Titan, they were shocked. Hopefully I won't have a leak problem since the tin roofing did not go far enough underneath the existing roof. Only time will tell. The most recent problem I had was the water heater already went out and I had to replace it. Come on, the house is not even one year old, and My Wife and I did not move in until January this year, 2024. When I had the new one installed, the plumber told me the original one was already corroded. Good grief!!! I know this is supposed to be a review about Titan, but since they do sell these homes, they are the people we deal with. Again, Lorena did a great job selling and Phil, well I can't say enough great things about Phil, he made my house a home!!!! Thanks for fighting for me Phil!!! I will recommend Titan, but with allot of manufacturer company warnings. read more

i can not recommend Titan. They were fantastic up until we got our home. Now, we have the HARDEST time getting ahold of them. I've been calling for a week straight and they BARELY answered yesterday! We just got our home in January btw. They never came to detail our house. We have marks on the floor, walls are loose, our roof is cracked, our front door blows open when it's windy, Our backdoor leaks as though it's not there when it rains, but they gave me the contractors number and he was awesome & fixed our door (but never answered when i told him it still leaks a bit. he said if it still leaks then they'll give me a new door. but stopped hearing from him after i told him). Definitely go with anyone else! Their customer service is horrible. read more

Had a very horrible experience with titan. Everything was good up into the point that we got the Home they where so nice did every little thing we asked and when we got the house they wanted to have nothing to do with us. They brought the house put it all together and did the trim out didn't clean it there was pieces of the wall everywhere they didn't give us the right keys so if we wanted to get into the house we had to break into it they finally brought the right keys and had to call the for the skirting and the AC set up the house it's self is falling apart we have had it for 6 months and the walls are coming apart. Such a horrible company save you money and go somewhere else highly recommend to stay away from titan. read more

We started the home buying process about 6 months ago. We shopped everywhere. Finally we went to Titan in Odessa. From the second we walked in we were treated like old friends by our sales person Gared. He gave us great tips on improving our credit. So we worked on that first. After we got our scores high enough we went back to see him. He found us our dream home at the perfect price. Matt, the main manger came in and spoke to us too. He explained the process to us again to make sure we understood what Gared told us. We didn't have land and none of our family had land either. Gared helped us find land that the owner would finance for us. We closed on our home and Amy worked around our crazy schedules. She stayed late and took her time to explain every detail of what to expect in the coming weeks. Once we got our home, we were thrilled. It was more than we could have imagined! The people who come to finish the inside were very quick and professional. (It was a lady and her crew but I cannot remember her name.) She also walked through the house and explained how to work everything. She left everything very tidy. The best day is when my daughter got to sleep in her own bedroom for the very first time in her life! She was ecstatic! About 2 weeks after we were in the house a manager from Titan, Kelly, called and asked how everything was. I couldn't believe that the company still cared even after they had our money, but they did! I highly recommend this company and will tell all of my friends and family! Thank you Titan! Update: This is still the friendliest company we have dealt with. I'm not sure where to begin with these people. We bought our home in November of 2013. Delivered December 2013. The trim out crew did a horrible job putting together our home and the factory threw it together like a piece of trash for us to deal with! When we moved in there was a major leak under our home in 2 places where the factory crew threw the piping that came from the bathroom in a pile, stuffed newspaper in with it and put the tarp over hoping no one would notice. Only for us to find a huge leak and have someone come out in freezing weather to come work on our house. All winter long we had frozen pipes and found in more than one spot where they just stuffed newspaper around the pipes instead of insulation so you can imagine how worried we are for this coming winter. We also had a cabinet added when we designed the home and when it was delivered it didn't fit, so they had to order a new one, that took only 3 months to do. They also painted our house 2 different colors that also was that way for about 3 months if not longer (it's still not fixed completely by the way). Since then we have found under the sinks and bath tub they left huge holes for any sort of creature or bug to get into our home. Thank god we has exterminated for bugs but mice is not so easy, I guess to them it's not so bad but for my husband and I and our child that just doesn't fly with us!!! We have also had leaks in every single window and to this day we still have leaks in a few. Our front and back door were not put in correctly and have yet to be fixed still so with all the rain West Texas has gotten lately our wood molding on the bottom of the wall in our laundry room is ruined and that will have to be replaced as well. Don't let me forget that they also put the roof right over our fireplace and totally expected us to not know! Thank god we didn't light a fire this cold winter (we didn't because they have still yet to put the door on our fireplace) this could have been a total disaster to our home!! With this being said we will see if they actually want to come and finish thei job and work! You see we have been told 3-4 different times that their contractors "no longer work for them" I mean how many people do they go in and out of to finish a job?! I know I missed a few other things but we're done! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TITAN FACTORY HOMES TO ANYONE AND I WILL POST MY REVIEWS ON ANY WEBSITE I AM ABLE TO!!! i live in las cruces nm - checked out a few mobile home dealers here but kept getting the run around. ended up driving over five hours to odessa in texas after emailing jared back and forth for about a week. cool cat, straight forward and did not b.s.. me - all the other places I went told me one price (CHEAP PRICE) on the phone, then started adding crap to raise the prie when I went in to see th houses (9000 bucks for delivery? really?jerks). jared shot me straight-no b.s.- highly recommend checking them out. definitely worth the drive. read more

I purchased a mobile home from them in November 2013. Our first mistake was buying a mobile home off of the lot, and I strongly advise against anyone making that same decision, EVERYTHING was just thrown together, because it was supposed to be a model home, not for actual sale. Before purchasing it we would receive call after call multiple times a day, but after purchasing it we couldn't get ANYONE to return our calls when we needed someone to come out and fix our MULTIPLE problems. After waiting for months to hear back (we called weekly during that time) we finally spoke to a man in dallas that worked for the actual manufacturer, I told him what was going on and he had someone out here within the next week to fix our problems. Sad to say the BEST customer experience we had regarding our mobile home was from a man who didn't even work for titan.. The "repair" men are a joke, a few hours after "fixing" my a/c vents they were back to how they were originally blowing. Anyway, our BIGGEST regret is purchasing from them and I do NOT recommend Titan in Odessa, TX to anyone! When calling we get the run around from EVERYONE who had answered our call, David, the guy who originally sold us the mobile home NEVER returned our calls nor did the manager.
