I was quoted $900 for a job that ended up costing me $350 with another local yard maintenance business for the EXACT same job. If he says he's going to install a certain product. Do your research on it. Google the product or visit home depot online to see how much the part costs. Based off the product price, you should be able to estimate about how much the entire cost should be (inc install). This is what I did and I knew I was getting gouged. I had some other stuff come up and I couldn't afford the job. But I got quoted elsewhere, the job got done and ended up saving literally $550. Im sure the guy does good work. Just be aware of price gouging.

He stayed in his white truck blocking my neighbors access. When he arrived, I noticed that his truck was oversized. I moved my recycling trash bin to accommodate his truck. He didn't re-park. He didn't step out and introduce himself. He didn't roll down the window and say hi. I didn't mention anything to his son, because it's important to establish contractor communication skills prior to signing contract. I already know that if I have to complain before the contract is signed, then it will be a struggle to get the work done correctly or at the agreed-upon price. It's important to give a contractor every opportunity to do the right thing and to see how they execute simple customer service tasks. I was promised an estimate by Tuesday, 27 May but nothing has arrived in the agreed-upon email account. I inquired about the quote on text and nothing. I verified that nothing was accidentally sent to spam and nothing. It is now 8 PM on Saturday, May 31. Unfortunately, I can't trust Signature Touch Landscape to present common courtesy to me or my neighborhood.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Since we moved into our house (8 years ago), we knew we…read moreneeded to update the landscaping. We held off and did other projects instead. We slowly took all the old, yucky bushes out. When it was time to plant new things, we didn't know what would grow best, what wouldn't have a million bees (like our last shrubs right next to the pool), what plants would look best together, etc. Right away after calling Natural Landscaping, Jessica followed up and brought a drone by to get images of our front and backyard. From the images, she designed an outline of ideas for our backyard and front area and showed them to us via a Zoom meeting. She was so helpful and sweet. She has a fabulous eye for design, which is wonderful. After that, we had a few decisions to make about plant selections and we spoke with Ryan (their human plant dictionary). He had so many specific plant recommendations for different ideas we had. He spent time with us to know what we were looking for. They were able to schedule us well within the window of time they estimated (a few weeks earlier in fact) and got our job done quickly. Their team of guys worked hard and were so friendly and respectful of all property. Nothing was broken. No trash or cigarettes left behind. Although we were originally looking only to put plants in the backyard, we ended up doing the following: FRONT YARD: Removing and replacing 3 trees Removing existing hedges and replacing with boxwoods Pouring concrete to make a front porch area Removed all random shrubs & ugly plants and replaced with beautiful plants that compliment each other Installed a drip system to everything and even fixed some sprinklers for the lawn BACKYARD: Built a garden area with planter boxes, rocks and pavers Planted new greenery and plants around the entire yard Planted 5 trees and a cool succulent area with amazing rock accents The mulch looks great. The drip system is WAY better than what we had previously. We couldn't be more excited about all the work and how it turned out! My husband was hesitant about paying people to plant plants and install drip because he can technically do that, but he was SO happy we ended up hiring people who knew SO much about plants, how to plant them with all the things they need to stay alive, and to just take care of all the odds and ends that would have taken us at least a year (of weekend projects). It took them 3 days and boom, done!! We added some solar lights and string lights a few days and our space looks so inviting and different from how it's been the last 8 years!!
