Six months later, we contacted them again, explaining we were ready to move forward, but that we didn't know what style we wanted. Can I be a waterproof specialist? I doubt it but I am much more educated on the matter. Prices are very good and transparent at all levels. Proposals are easy to understand and no reading small print, because there are none. The owner Steve will match competitor pricing if lower than what Blue Umbrella offers. A crew of four came. Jose, foreman, did a great job! He was responsible and the crew were timely. Jose even helped me reinstall the dehumidifier to the new sump pump area. They took away all the garbage too! The crew had two large trucks and seemed to have everything down to a science. One truck replaces the other once all the dirt from the basement gets loaded. My job was finished in two days because I needed additional work but this was explained to me and I had agreed to the extra service and charge. Knowing in advance is a good thing! Steve, the owner, came out to meet the me on day one. It was nice of him to come out and meet his client. After having a conversation earlier in the week, I can say Steve is very feisty and passionate about his company.
