Dr Chahine's dentistry knowledge is unmatched, he was able to asses and work on my kids very efficiently without dragging it out, something I appreciate with my knuckleheads. But after the first visit we love them! The office is very clean with clean activities for kids to do while waiting, and the front staff is very personable. Once we were called back we were met with Sara who did the initial exam and gave us a little goodie bag with a new tooth brush and tooth paste. Then Dr. Ross Hamilton took care of the rest. He was very nice and answered all of our questions, he was prompt and to the point without making his patients feel rushed. After the exam Sara gave us a T-shirt and a toy before we left. When I called them they said "your son doesn't have an appointment" while I waited almost 2 months for the appointment bc I knew it was going to take most of my day. I got very confused and said why doesn't he have an appointment for today and they said "since you didn't reply to the message confirming your appointment we cancelled your appointment" I was very concerned and told them no body called me about this and I haven't confirmed appointment with you guys since I've been going to yall and got very upset. I don't usually confirm appointment as I am very busy and I know if my kids have appointments they have appointments that I can't miss. Usually if you want to cancel an appointment you call and cancel. Not with them if you don't confirm your own appointment they cancel it. They did put me for 4 pm that afternoon but I was already to late for me take my kid back to the orthodontist to get his wire but back on. Now today he had an appointment with his orthodontist, almost 4 days he didn't have his wire on. The doctor had to remove his braces and put new ones on his braces since they have moved. Very bad communication with this dentistry. They keep changing there policies. Listen to all the bad reviews as they are literally the worst!!!

This office is the most professional and patient-care oriented dentists office I have ever been to…read more From the moment you come in the door until you leave the staff make it a seamless and easy experience. Check in has always been pleasant and easy for me. There is one woman who has been there for hers and even remembers the first time I came to the dentists office even all these years later. To be honest, it is somewhat memorable. My daughter slipped and bashed her teeth against the side of the tub and broke the top four front teeth in her mouth. At the time I was completely freaked out. They were completely understanding with me and got her in right away and they put her in a private room to pull her teeth and made it fast and as painless as possible. Dr. Ta told me it was because she was still nursing and it was from milk rot on the teeth-- it weakened them. But the way he talked to me and set both my daughter and I at ease-- after that I took all my kids in to see him. My eldest son has mouth crowding. He recommended we work with an orthodontist to determine the course of action to get the teeth to come in the best way possible and make a dental plan. He helped refer me to a good one in my area and both offices worked so well together it was really seamless (for years). In all these years I have never had an issue with billing and they always make sure I understand the charges and why I have them before they charge me or do anything. The office is really big on preventative care and my kid's teeth are so much better after we started coming. They do floride and sealants for the kids (but you can opt out if you want). They also have a very nice panoramic X-ray machine that gets every detail if your kids don't like the bite X-rays or they need more details for the mouth. They also have semi-private and private rooms for kids with sensory needs. The experience for the kids is also awesome. When they come in they can play games or watch tv. Then when they go back they are weighed and they check their height. Once they go to the exam table they are given headphones to watch tv above them (and this also blocks out the sounds of the dental tools which is great). Once the exam is done they are given a bag with toothpaste and a toothbrush, and some floss. They get a token to pick a toy from a machine you can insert the coin into and turn. My kids love this part. Sometimes they get an animal balloon or a sword balloon. They leave happy. The staff has always been very kind and respectful to me as well. No matter where your kids get seen, you the parent can see them. If they are in the main area you can stay with them if you ask or you can watch them through a window (it's one-way so the kids don't see you and start fussing for you). If it's a private room where they are doing a procedure they give you an iPad and you can watch them on the iPad. It's really awesome. I really trust Dr. Ta and his staff. I tell everyone I know and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I highly recommend you go and see for yourself.

That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office.
