He's now at 60,000 miles and his check engine light came on. He took it in to them and they told him that one of the cylinders is having compression issues. Now, the warranty that they sold him is refusing to pay for the engine repair. Why sell WORTHLESS warranties? I was looking at buying a Ford... but maybe I'll look elsewhere. UPDATE: The staff in the service department kept pushing and got my son taken care of. I'm still not happy with the extended warrantee, and their refusal to cover piston rings, but Ford got him taken care of. The staff kept us informed, kept exploring other options, and got the job done. Thanks Guys!

At the sale, Jordan gave us personalized service, even the "extra mile" after the sale was finalized. ‼Warning! Do not bring your car here!‼…read more I have been a loyal customer since 2014. I've only brought my Jeep to this location for service, and I have had my Jeep serviced regularly multiple times a year. With all jeeps, I've started having issues after 11 years of ownership, so I brought my jeep here for a service. I brought it in January AND February because the issue has not been resolved. When I still experienced issues in March, I took it to a different place for the first time. This new place found that Ken Garff's garage was negligent and gave the car back to me with dangerous issues still present. Bolts were MISSING from my hub, causing my tires to wobble. There were other serious issues that the new mechanic said could have caused accidents or death. I specifically asked the new mechanic if my anger toward Ken Garff was justified, and he said absolutely. You will see in the pictures what the new mechanic found. I have lost all faith and Ken Garff and ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am not seeking any financial retributions, but I hope that Ken Garff is able to address the negligent services they offer.

My experience with the salesperson at this dealership was great, and I ultimately purchased a 2016…read moreChevrolet Suburban from them. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to fully inspect the vehicle myself before taking it home, so I relied on the dealership's inspection and trusted that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked as stated on the inspection sheet they provided to me. However, the same day I brought the vehicle home, I noticed the brakes were creaking very badly--almost like a seized caliper. This is a serious safety concern, and I do not feel safe driving the vehicle with my wife and child. When I contacted the dealership( I was at the dealership to get my car detailed), I was told they would not address the issue because the vehicle was discounted. At no point during the purchase process was any brake issue disclosed to me. If this had been communicated beforehand, I would have addressed it prior to purchasing. I am respectfully asking the dealership to reconsider and help resolve this safety issue. I believe it's reasonable to expect that a vehicle sold after an inspection should not have an undisclosed brake problem. I'm hoping we can work together toward a fair resolution. Updates, After receiving no response from the dealership regarding my concerns, I escalated the matter by emailing Ken Garff corporate. The following day, manager Jeff who had previously stated the dealership would not repair the issue contacted me and asked me to bring my Suburban back in for service. The next day, I was informed the vehicle was ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, I immediately checked the vehicle and found that the brake issue was still persisting. I notified my salesman, who then informed Jeff. Jeff came out, inspected the vehicle, and stated that the noise was "normal caliper sound." To be clear, the sound is only coming from the rear driver-side caliper( from what we could hear), which is not normal. I expressed my concern, and after further discussion Jeff asked me to meet with Cody from service management to demonstrate the issue. When I met with Cody, I recreated the sound for him. After hearing it himself, Cody stated that they would work on the issue after Memorial Day and we like to make it right for our customers. I will bring my vehicle back on May 26, 2026. After taking the vehicle home (May 22nd 2026), I also noticed an additional issue where the vehicle shakes while stopped in drive at traffic lights, which appears to indicate a possible misfire. I will be informing Cody of this additional concern on May 26, 2026. Update as of 5/28/2026: I called Cody today for an update regarding my vehicle. Cody informed me that both brake calipers were replaced, and they were also able to feel the vibration issue coming from the vehicle. However, Jeff chose to decline any further diagnosis or repair and told Cody not to continue looking into the issue because "it's a used vehicle." Cody also informed me that Jeff would have someone pick up the vehicle today so I could retrieve the vehicle once they call me. If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend having the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic or another dealership before signing any paperwork with them, they are not honest at all and will not communicate with you. In my experience, management was unwilling to properly address the concerns unless corporate became involved. Please do your research carefully before purchasing from this Ken Garff dealership. Additionally I forgot to mention the salesman attitude has changed in person and text, I requested service invoice multiple time in person and a text no response. I will never buy another vehicle from Ken Garff dealer.
