Well, I've got a lot to say, but to quickly summarize for those that dont want to read the whole…read morething: The buying process was pleasant and straightforward. There were no games, and we felt all the team members that we worked with were very genuine (Seth, Hal, Jim, Josh, and Leslie). In particular, we felt Hal went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend coming here. Post buying the vehicle, there were some complications, and the entire team did everything they could to make us comfortable and correct the situation as fast as possible (which they have done) Best experience we have had at a dealership ever. Detailed Version: We came in to buy a Dodge Durango from them, and were immedietly helped by Seth. After our test drive we knew we wanted it. We had a 2018 Civic to trade in, and they gave us an incredible trade in value. After working out the numbers with Seth and Jim for a little bit, we decided that we wanted to think about it over some dinner. Naturally, then did do everything they could to try and get us to stay (even offering to pay for our dinner ha). But we left off that Seth would call us 30 mins after they closed, which he did. We were able to come to an agreement, and Seth waited an additional hour at the dealership for us to get there and complete the deal. Upon arriving, Hal and Seth helped us with the closing docs and there were no games whatsoever. Hal even told us that they had gotten the monthly price down even more to accommodate our goal. Upon taking the car home, we thought to test out the 4wd feature briefly, and upon trying to switch back to AWD there was a large failure, causing us to not be able to go past 40 miles an hour and stuck in 4wd. I immedietly contacted Seth to inform him that we would be bringing the vehicle back first thing Monday morning, which we did. Having brought the car back to them, they took it into their shop, identified the problem, and informed us that not only would they be taking care of it, but they gave us back the car we traded in as a loaner car until the issue is resolved. Hal was with us pretty much all day making sure that we were kept up to date, and even at one point offered to drive us to our house himself. He went above and beyond to assist us. Also, Leslie, the person at the desk of the service department was extremely friendly and came in several times to explain everything that was going on. All in all, Markosian auto took a situation that could have been extremely messy and turned it into an opportunity to prove that they know how to take care of a customer. I highly recommend coming in here to buy a vehicle, and the next time we are in a market for one, we will be going to them first. I do however have some feedback for management. Upon reaching out to Markosian via facebook, we were told to "ask for Josh" when we got there. We did so, then were immediately informed that Josh is actually the Store manager and that we would be working with Seth. I just didnt like being told to ask for someone, then immediately being redirected elsewhere. I know there is no perfect way of doing things, but I feel it would be worthwhile to put some thought into figuring out a better system in order to provide a better customer service experience straight from the get go. Thank you again to everyone that helped us.

We were super happy with the experience and thought their sales team and cars were great. Fast forward to this year. We messaged them about a car since we were helping a friend who needed to purchase a car. I received a phone call from Trevor asking about our interest in the car and I told him we were coming in the next day to look at it, but mentioned to him we were looking at a competitors car as well. He told us that the competitors weren't good and sold lemon cars, which I thought was pretty negative of them. Especially since we've bought several cars from this competitor many times throughout the years and been super happy with them. And whenever we've told the competitor that we were looking at cars from Kentson, they didn't say one bad thing about them. When we went to test drive the cars today Trevor wasn't there but another sales guy helped us. He was helpful but all of the cars we drove were all filthy and smelled bad, or the tires were completely worn down and would have needed to be replaced. We walked back in to the sales floor after driving a car and our salesman wasn't there so we handed the keys to the salesperson there. He looked at us confused and like we were bothering him (even though there was no one else in there) and we wondered what was going on. We told him we were dropping the key off and were going to look at another one but didn't know where the other guy had gone. He didn't say much and it was really uncomfortable. Come to find out, that was Trevor that I had talked to the other day. It wasn't professional at all. Instead of greeting us and asking us what he could do to help us he just stared at us and acted confused. We went back outside and the other salesman was there with another car for us to drive. That one was much better, and my friend was seriously considering it, but after driving it we told them we wanted to check out the other one at Rand's just to see what it was like. They mentioned again how they sell lemon cars (they do sell buy backs with minor issues that have been fixed from Tesla) and that they would never buy cars from them. My husband told them that we'd be talking to the guy we usually buy from over there and we'd be in touch. All of us were really uncomfortable with how they were trying to trash the other car dealership and it left a really bad impression. We drove down to the other dealership and all of the cars there were so much better taken care of. They had replaced tires and detailed all of the cars and it was just a much better experience. We told them that we saw one at Kentson that we liked and he said that they are a great dealership and have good inventory. We all looked at each other and were blown away. It just made Kentson look even worse. My friend ended up buying the car from the competitors and not Kentson. And afterward both of us got calls and texts from Trevor asking us how the test drive was at the competitors. I texted him back that she ended up getting a different car (so that he didn't keep contacting us - talk about high pressure) and he wanted to know which one she bought! It's none of his business which car she purchased, and I knew he was going to look it up and tell me what was wrong with it and why we shouldn't have considered it. It was just super unprofessional and we all said we would never go back there. It's a shame because they used to be really good but they've gone way down hill!!

They claim to do a 21-point inspection, but when I drove off the lot the AC didn't work, there was no air filter, and the car had serious electrical issues. Because I bought it in December, I didn't discover some of these problems until it was too late to get anything covered. On top of that, they don't report to credit bureaus as an auto loan. That means when you go to buy your next car, it won't show up as vehicle history, just a high-interest loan you paid off. The salesperson also told me it had a clean title, which surprise surprise turned out to be false. They target low-income buyers, people with bad credit, and those who may not be well-versed in cars. When I looked up the warnings, it recommended not driving the vehicle, so I had it towed to the dealership for diagnosis. This vehicle has been regularly serviced at another Toyota dealership, and part of the reason we chose to purchase a Toyota was for their reputation for engine performance and longevity. I was shocked by what I was told next. After diagnostics, I was informed my engine had major issues and needed significant repair. I was told cylinder #1 was misfiring and, after several tests including a leak-down test and compression test, that the bank 1 head and valves needed to be replaced. I was quoted just under $10,000 for repairs, on top of nearly $700 in diagnostic fees. I was extremely stressed and shocked that a well-maintained, relatively new vehicle would require what sounded like catastrophic engine work. After speaking with another Toyota dealership and a few independent mechanics, several expressed confusion that my vehicle would need such a major repair. Some even mentioned that for that price, a new engine could be installed. These were definite red flags, so I trusted my gut and sought a second opinion. Because we were under the impression the engine was in catastrophic condition and the vehicle shouldn't be driven, we had it towed a second time to another shop, which we later learned wasn't necessary. This added additional cost and stress. I'm incredibly glad I did. The second shop ran the same tests and found nothing wrong with cylinder #1. They were baffled that I had been told I needed such extensive work. Their diagnosis ultimately saved me $10,000. We did call the service manager to express our concerns. He was apologetic and explained that the results were slightly under Toyota's expectations, but not catastrophic. He asked how he could make it right and adjusted the diagnostic fees, which I appreciated. While I would rate my experience with him higher, I'm leaving one star specifically due to the diagnosis itself, which caused significant stress, unnecessary towing, and could have resulted in a very costly repair. I understand mistakes can happen, but this was one that could have been extremely expensive. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion when facing major repairs.

My sales person, Logan, was nice but not the most knowledgeable. I told him a was early in the looking stage (which is true). Took the Rav4 LE Hybrid for a drive. Its nice but too basic. He then wanted me to drive the XSE Prime. It was nice but way more expensive (Im not sure the extra cost will pay off) and I dont want a plug-in. He really pushed the Prime but also tried to push waiting for the 2026 models. Oh did I mention both are pre-owned. The Prime had 43k miles on it. Not terrible. I told him I drove a regular CX-50 and the driving was much better than the Rav4. His response: Toyota's Hybrid system has been around for a long time. True, but if he was knowledgeable he would know Mazda is using Toyota's system as part of their partnership. I dont expect him not to sell me but atleast know your facts. I appreciate someone who acknowledges other brands and you will be more likely to earn my business. On the Prime test drive he didnt let me take it on the freeway which was weird and I dont feel like you can get the same experience without freeway driving. I also said I wanted to look at a Land Cruiser. He didnt everything in his power to make sure I didnt see one. He sort of pushed the 4runner which I was not interested in. Never drove or saw a Land Cruiser. It irked me a little but whatever. Ended up sitting at his desk to "look at other models" which never happened. He brought in his closer. Not sure his name but he was a pretty rude asian male. He said he would offer me the Prime for $42k with a $10k trade in for my car. Told him Im not interested. He said its the end of the month and he wants to make a deal. I told him I wanted to wait for the 2026s to see how those drive. He said its going to be a long time until those are released. I told him its only march, I can wait. He just sat there. Eventually I kept saying no and he left. The payments also pretty ridiculous, btw, over $600 per month for 72 months. Logan shook my hand and walked away. One problem. He had my car keys when I agreed to an appraisal. When I said I wanted then back, he goes oh yeah i forgot. Now I looked online and found other Prime's with better mileage and similar options for less than this place. I also found really good deals on CX-50 Hybrids. And multiple dealerships said they would offer KBB for my car which is $5k more than Malone Toyota. If Im swayed back to Toyota I will look elsewhere. Otherwise Mazda might be the choice.
