After getting estimates from several grout line specialists, we chose Jason and Titanium for several reasons: best price, reasonable plan (one contractor wanted to remove all my grout and replace it with new! UGH-the noise and dust scared me off) and the fact that he went to our local HS (Bellport) and is a Varsity Football alumni- sealed the deal, as we love to support our community. My grout lines were a mess- dark, dirty, mold stained. We put the tile floor in 20 years ago because raising 3 sons-and all their friends-in a house near the beach (humid, sand, dirt) made carpeting a no-go. the tile took a beating and needed a serious cleaning. We are painting and upgrading the entire kitchen and living room, too. Jason and Hector arrived ON TIME (after confirming by text 2 days and the night before) and got right to work. Jason explained the time table and process, including the "smelly" part (really not so bad) so I could plan my day. They moved my furniture to one side of the room while working on the other side (I removed alot of the smaller pieces). They played their music on low- I have no problem with the need for background "music to work by". They took a lunch break and finished on time. They worked steadily and the only noise was their equipment. They took extra care with 2 inlaid mosaics. MY TILE FLOOR LOOKS AMAZING- like the first day we put it in! I almost cried (I get emotional over the beauty of a job well done). As promised, the grout was cleaned, mold killed, then colored with a choice (I went light- the kids are grown and gone) and sealed. Then buffed the entire surface to a warm shine. I am no longer ashamed of my grimy grout and dull floors.Friends and family noticed the upgrade as soon as they stepped in the door. I didn't even put the area rugs back! If you value your things DO NOT HIRE this company. I hired Titanium Grout Lines to re-grout my bathroom prior to moving in, and this was a BIG MISTAKE. I had 1 suitcase in the closet with several items including expensive designer sunglasses for $400, that I just bought, and the night prior to them working in my home I acknowledged they were in there (I specifically opened my sunglasses case and saw them in there). I wasn't yet moved into the home, so there was no other traffic coming in, and unfortunately I had to leave the home while they were working. After moving into the home (still no other contractors had come in or people outside of my family), I went to get my sunglasses, and the case was there but the sunglasses were stolen as well as my electronics case with my portable chargers and adapters. The owner of this business, Jason Rivera, took no responsibility and instead blamed it on the contractors he chose to hire and place in my home unsupervised, he said he fired them for "other reasons". This owner clearly hires any riffraff off the street and puts them in your home, but doesn't take the responsibility for the damage they do. Upon me filing a police report and submitting a claim to Thumbtack, Jason lied to thumbtack saying the police report was closed in order to have them not look into it further. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this type of person and business and risking your possessions getting stolen. There are many other services to choose from. read more

Why would you redo grout if you knew it would still crack and why would I pay for it. Makes no sense. So you knowing did the incorrect job. After reading the reviews for Titanium Grout, I took a chance and called them. It was a little unusual I thought to have my job consult done through cell phone pictures and texts but it worked. The gentleman they sent was exactly on time, thorough, quiet (meaning not on the phone most of the time which seems to be what happens now) and precise! He seemed to take pride in the job that he was doing. My job was not big, 3 tiles in my kitchen needed to be redone and my bathtub caulking needed to be redone. After being blown off by 2 other tile contractors I called Titanium Grout Lines to get an estimate to regrout my tub walls. I really had no expectation that anyone would call back since it seems as though this industry can be a bit unreliable. Thankfully I was wrong. We communicated by email and set a time for an estimate. Hector showed up on time to have a look and gave me an estimate. He contacted me to set up a date. He contacted me the evening before and confirmed the grout color. On the day of the regrout Mike showed first thing and got right to work. The whole process was quite time consuming. He took one short break and a bit of time for lunch otherwise he was working. The tiles came out great and freshen things up. Jason and Titanium are FANTASTIC! We had a major tile job that we has just completed. It was done beautifully. The only problem was that the grout was way too light (I picked the color, so it was my fault and not the contractor's fault). Jason came on 3 days notice and worked his magic to fix the problem! The tile is wood-look porcelain with different shadings. Jason tested a few colors with me on site, and we settled on one that blends beautifully with the tile. It is hard to describe in words what a tremendous difference his work made to the aesthetics of the project! On top of all this, Jason is a thorough professional and a very pleasant guy. read more

Most of the bathroom grout was fine when we contacted them, but small sections of grout in the bathtub tile wall needed to be removed and replaced. In August 2016, We hired them. A young man came in with a skimpy tool and scratched away at a section of the grout on a wall outside the tub. He then told us that he could not remove the grout. They offered to clean and seal all of the grout. They advised us to clean with a mild product, which we did. We were told that we had a one year guarantee. Within 3 months, their product rinsed off with plain water from the shower. The grout was black again. On June 9, 2017, We called Jason to ask them to come back to fix those sections, On the same day he texted pictures. We have received not response since. read more

Very happy with the job. We had a small leak in our den from an upstairs shower which was in need of regrouting. Jason called back immediately and was able to schedule our job for the next day. Hector arrived on time and was very personable and professional, explaining what our options were. He regrouted the area around one tub and re-sealed the grout lines in a stall shower, as well as applying a silicone sealer to the stall shower. I am hoping the material applied to the stall shower grout lines remains durable, but for now it looks great. I did not obtain any other estimates for the job, as we were happy to have the work done quickly, but the price I was charged seemed fair for 5 hours of labor. read more
