I'm happy to have found their office and I plan to go here for many years to come. The office is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it/using GPS. It's close to Achievement drive off College Park. The atmosphere of their office is clean and welcoming. They offer a warmed neck pillow for relaxation. They also have TV's to watch so you can be distracted.

My family and…read moreI have been coming to see Dr. Pham since this location opened on 242 and it has been an amazing experience for us. We have been to a few dentist in the area that is not good at all so when I found Victory Smiles it was truly meant to be for us. Dr. Pham is a great dentist. He is gentle and kind with my kids, myself, and my husband he helps to reassure us it will be ok. When my youngest daughter is scared of the work that is needed Dr. Pham and his staff paces themselves so she can comfortable. If there is multiple things needed to get done, he does it in multiple visits so the person is comfortable and will not get traumatized. You know if you get traumatize at an early age with a dentist the likely of you coming back is slim and that goes for an adult too. Knowing now how a dentist is supposed to be you can't really go anywhere else because he is great. I would recommend Dr. Pham and his staff to take care of your families dental needs. The examine rooms have TV's to watch on and it even has one in the ceiling. It is very clean too. They have good office hours and is willing to work with you on scheduling when they can. He has other locations too. You will be happy when you leave the dentist :)

Within about three years, one restoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.

I returned to North Forest and the dentist said I only need a simple filling, and the tooth was saved. I've been a patient at North Forest and my experience has always been good.
