This office is Full OF SHIT!! A customer, me comes in with what i considered an urgent matter. A loose Bridge "" the office refused to help me bc he didnt have medical clearance from a PCP. I told this office I dont have insurance, and this dentist blew my case off like a wet fart!! He plain didnt care i needed help NOW!! What a class oct... Oh, and they charged me $79 for ex ray. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, but it didn't seem to matter. I still had to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. After that, they needed insurance approval, which was another frustrating process--you have to keep calling and following up yourself. Something as simple as a night guard that should have taken about 3 weeks ended up taking 3 months. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

When I say the worst dental experience that I have ever had - i mean that with every fiber of my being! I came in for an emergency visit on 1/31, waited an hr and was told to come back the next day since the dentist wasn't there. Came back the next day got a filling and a temporary crown. I had to call them to ask about when the permanent crown would be ready- they were trying to recommend additional services but yet hadn't finished the first procedure Fast forward TODAY- I'm finally getting my crown - had to pay first - which was crazy but whatever- I won't be back EVER!!! read more

Dental floss just laying on the counter , the cabinetry was not well taken care of. Still no one came in. It took 30 minutes to get an x ray then thirty minutes to see the dentist and then thirty minutes to see the hygienist. My teeth didn't even feel clean afterwards. The hygienist just rushed through the process. The dentist spent about two minutes with me and then left. The room was unclean. I saw a roach crawl across the floor. It felt like I was getting my teeth clean at a fast food place. Maybe I'm being over critical because I loved my last dentist so much but please do something about the roach. read more

This is the first time I've left the dentist and trinity dental without my teeth feeling clean. All I needed was a polish and to remove some build up. It was the worst dental experience I've ever had. I understand the training process and being busy but never in my life have a had such mediocre service here. I hope it was just a one off, but my mouth/lips are in pain (which has never happened befor) and my teeth don't feel clean or properly flossed/polished. I don't mind being someones guinea pig but if training someone at least shadow them to make sure they are properly completing the service, and then don't blame it on my teeth when you can't floss them oroperly. I floss every day and have no trouble. Then once a senior staff came to help they also could not floss properly and found left over build up from the prior tech who was too busy and left the rest of the process to the trainee. Again I understand being busy but I expect the job to be fully completed even if that means waiting. That's what my insurance and I both pay for. A fully service. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

I have had the worst experience with dentists. Every single time I have gone, it has been a bad experience for me. From when I was a young child to being an adult, I'm terrified from the time I step foot in the door. From all the bad experiences I've had, it has now forced me to have to see a dentist. I have had teeth pullled and in getting teeth removed, the dentist hit other teeth causing damage to surrounding teeth. At times, while eating, the good teeth that were hit, began to crumble in my mouth. Now here I am trying to get my teeth to where they need to be. I chose Trinity Dental Center and I have had two visits and nothing bad has occurred although I am still very nervous. I had a full cleaning and my dental hygienist talked to me the whole time letting me know what she was going to do before actually doing it. although I thought I was calm, she let me know that I was not. She gave me a little gas and it relaxed me so that she could finish the cleaning. I'm going to hang in there and allow Trinity Dental to get my teeth back to where they should be. I thank my dental hygienist and the office staff for their professionalism and for reassuring me that I was in good hands. read more

This was the worst experience ever! First I make an appt and they screw it up, then they made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, the front staff is downright argumentative like street chicks looking for a fight! They have the longest nails I don't know how they get anything done, my dentist was kind thoughtful and knowledgeable, ok, skip to the day of, i had to get a tooth pulled, when the dentist and his assistant were in the room about to begin he asked the assistant what she brought and told her to go get everything because you never know what your going to need, so she goes to do that, then the drill wouldn't work, had to bring in someone to fiddle with it and get it going, now what they had to keep my mouth open was too large, she went to get a smaller one but it was too small so they stuck this large one in my mouth which made it very difficult for the doctor... not to mention my comfort level, he kept having to stop because the assistant had to keep leaving to get other things, she was not interested in keeping my mouth clean and free of blood, the doctor kept having to remind her to spray and vacuum, after it was over she didn't even offer me a piece of gauze and I kept having to swallow blood while I got rushed out of there, there was so much blood I had to pull the car over before I even got out of the parking lot to make due with some baby wipes until I could get to the pharmacy, there was no way I was going back in there!! Also would like to say at one point my dr got perturbed at her, honestly can't blame him so was I! He left the room to do something she should have done already, and she said, and I quote, "he mad" very disrespectful and sarcastic, I just hope they give the dentists some more authority over the staff or the owners will step in and do something read more

I had the best experience with Trinity Dental Conroe.Dottie and Claudia, Veronica and Enrique gave me the best customer service and made me feel very welcome from the start of my appointment all the way to finish. Dr Lindsay did an amazing job fixed! Throughout the whole appointment while in the chair he explained to me everything he was doing which no dentist has ever done before through the whole producer. I like an honest review, so this is as honest as it gets. I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years because honestly every time I've been it's been a couple of hundred dollars because dental work was needed and there always seems to be hiccups or complications with my work. I told the dental assistant that and she didn't scold me or tell me how awful that was, she just confidently said "We'll get you all cleaned up and you'll be doing much better!" Loved that. She was proactive at getting the dentist what he might need to look at some problem areas. The dentist came in and talked about one problem area and all the possible causes. He explained everything very well. I need a filling and a round of antibiotics and then a follow up after the antibiotics. Now I don't know what will happen after the antibiotics, but as it sits right now, cleaning, antibiotic and filling I'm at less than $75 and that is something I can relax and be calm about! The dental assistant noted I might have bone loss and took the time to measure everything so she can compare at the next appointment in 6 months and told me what would happen then. The first appointment I made here was great, everyone was friendly and I was very happy leaving, when I tried to call a month later to set up my next appointment there was no answer so I left my name and number like the voice mail said, I waited 3 days no call back. So I called again, same thing I left a message no one returned my call. I called AGAIN and there was no answer! This is the 4th time I have called to set up an appointment leaving my information and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS! This is very frustrating because the front desk staff was so nice but they obviously only take care of you if you walk in. Guess I'll be taking care of things elsewhere. read more
