Title boxing Littleton (TBL) is my saving grace! I've been involved in some sort of boxing community for 5 years and title boxing has trumped my other experiences. Not only is the facility bright, clean and welcoming, but the staff is really knowledgeable in technique and overall health related topics. The staff cares to be there for their clients. During the peak of the pandemic when the gym was closed, TBL coordinated virtual workout classes. And currently they have a regulated system so that we can still get a good workout in safely! read more

I've been a member of Title Box in Littleton since they opened 5-6 years ago. This place cannot be beat-- and its not just the incredible full body workouts. The trainers are very, very good-- inspiring, friendly, sooooo knowledgable-- and they've build a great community at this gym that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive. They mix up the warm ups, core work, and different types of classes so workouts are never boring. If you've never been to a boxing gym-- or never boxed-- no problem. (boxing is no-contact, by the way-- you're only hitting a heavy bag). There's tons of equipment you can use on your own to supplement boxing classes, and if you want more, you can sign up for personal training, small group training or one of their contests/challenges during the year. I have been a member of Title Boxing Club since May 2018 and it has been nothing short of life changing for me. I have never boxed before and I needed something to help me lose weight, get in shape and deal with the stress of a pending divorce. I thought boxing / kickboxing would be the best way to deal with all those things. For the very first time I have ever walked into Title Boxing Club in Littleton, MA, I have had nothing, but positive experiences. I am always greeted by the staff at the front desk with a smile and a hello! All the trainers, both male and female, have their different styles of teaching, but it is never repetitive and never boring. And do not feel that you already have to be in great shape before you start. Trust me, I was not! They encourage you to do your best but all the exercises can be modified to meet your individual needs / limitations. The time in class flies by and it is over before you realize it. So, as of right now, I am down 40 pounds, six inches off my waist, cholesterol and blood pressure are now normal and my confidence is coming back...not too bad for a middle aged, single mom! This place is awesome! A variety of workouts and times, and schedules for the month are posted online. They make announcement for class changes too. They are very friendly to beginners and super fun! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never once in my 25 years of living felt compelled to write a review until now. I emailed originally to find out pricing and they said I would have to come into the gym to find out. I emailed again asking if they could just tell me via email to save me the hassle of having to go into the gym just so they can verbally tell me pricing instead of writing it in an email. They said no you need to come in. My friends and I have been looking for a place to kickbox/box so we had been trying out gyms in the area. They suggested we try one of their free trial classes. I emailed to set it up and they said I had to set up a separate time to check out the gym in addition to the day I was already coming in for a class. I said I can check out the gym while I'm at the gym and they said I needed to schedule an additional 45 minutes of time to do so. The very opposite of convenient and accommodating. It felt very much like they thought they were doing me a favor during the entire exchange and had a disregard for my time. Once we finally got in, they said my friend couldn't take the free class because she had already done one. She hadn't. My friend had filled out an inquiry form via an Instagram ad months ago and they said she was in their system. When we explained she only filled out a form they said their system said otherwise. When we asked when it said she came in for a class they said they couldn't see that information. When she asked what information they had on file that made them think she came in for a class they said her name and email. I said I just had to fill out phone number, emergency contact, address, etc., if she was here she would've had to give that information. They said they couldn't see that information and she would have to pay a drop in fee if she wanted to take a class. She didn't. The day after the class I get an email that it's a 3 day pass, not just one class. Great, awesome. I was happy about that but no one told me it was a 3 day pass. I didn't have all my gear since I didn't know it was a thing and asked if I could move the day out. They said no that I had to use it up in 3 days and they wouldn't accommodate any changes. I decided just to buy another pair of hand wraps and go that day. You would think if they were giving out 3 day passes they would want the person to utilize it to fulfill the purpose of the trial. No one emailed me and asked what time or asked me to make an appointment, I just showed up and took the class. The final day of my 3-day pass I come in for class and the lady at the desk asked if I made an appointment. I said no I'm on the 3-day pass and no one told me I needed to make an appointment nor have I needed to make one so far. She said I had to have an appointment and asked if I was signing up for a membership. I said I don't know yet I'm here now to test out if I want one, you know the whole point of a trial. She said the class was full and reserved for members or people who were paying and that I couldn't join unless I sign up for a membership. I asked if I could move out my day pass since they were too full for me to join the class and she said only if I buy a membership. I think I must've been asked 6-7 times if I was signing up for a membership even while saying I'm here to try out if I want a membership and will need to think about it. She was extremely pushy and would not listen to anything I say, probably because they messed up overbooking a class and wanted to avoid admitting fault. I was also told the 4-pack pass was $54 and today it was now $80 due to a corporate decision. I was more ready to sign up for a membership before I ever received communication from them. It has been downhill ever since. Overall, they were extremely unhelpful, very pushy, unwilling to accommodate and no part of the process was at all enjoyable. I will definitely tell all my friends who are looking to go elsewhere. They don't seem to even want the business. read more

Title Boxing Club at the Point in Littleton is amazing! Over the last 10 months it's become a home away from home for me... we moved here from New Jersey about a tear and a half ago and becoming an active Title Card holder has been instrumental in helping me adjust to the relocation. I was pretty down on MA until I stepped through the doors and met the owner Erin Bibber and her fantastic team, including Flaviano and Anna Silva. The welcoming vibe and super supportive and encouraging mentality they encourage has been life changing for me. The workouts are beyond amazing... with crazy good trainers, Katherine, Liam, Chris, Erin and Danielle, you can't ever go wrong no matter which class you are taking!! In addition to the regular boxing and kickboxing classes I take a lot of personal training sessions (with Chris) and they are a killer workout for both mind and body. The nutritional support is great too-- we just finished their first Newtrition Fitness Challenge (a personal and team challenge to get fit and healthy and start out 2019 with a bang) and I can't wait for the next challenge to start!
