Like a whole extra membership costing 150 and got tons of late charges even though I was told if I cancel before class they'd make sure not to actually charge. I'm just shook at the lack of responsibility taken by this facility and passing of blame onto their members when it comes to financial matters. I never had issues like this at orange theory or any other gym. Everyone kinda knew what was fair. Staff here seemed shy to tell me what the owner said but what can they do. My weight loss here ended up costing me up towards 1,000 bucks. What started as a wonderful experience turned into a complete waste of money. I have never been more dissatisfied with a gym as I am with this one. Extremely glad to leave. Got left having to call my bank after all this... My favorite thing about their pool is that its heated in the winter. I haven't had that luxury ever before. It is so wonderful to not miss 4 months of swimming. Im not sure what a previous reviewer meant when he said it wasn't heated. Many friends who swim there tell me they have tried the locations in Mission and Dove Ave. According to them this is the best location for maintenance and cleaning always being attended to. Even though I personally don't use the weights or machines all the staff are always pleasant and friendly.
