Today I went in to see if I could take out an additional loan. I was told all I could take out was $67.00 but I would have to pay $15.00 for interest before I could get the loan, I don't have the $15.00 so I wasn't able to get the loan. I was a fool to think they actually cared about their customers, all they care about is the money! A business that actually cared about their customers would not turn away a loyal paying customer who has paid over $900. The location has always appeared clean and I have always had someone open the door for me and greet me. The tellers are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a giant line but that is not their fault - just how the cookie crumbles. They are efficient and sure to help each customer without rushing them which is appreciated when it is my turn. They have a drive up ATM as well as a walk up ATM for convenience. I am giving this location 5 stars based on years and years of visits with minimal issues. There is a decent sized parking lot to allow enough parking for their busier times.
