The teller was polite and easy to work with but she had to ask the manager to come over and see when the rest of the money will be available because of a "hard hold". Starts talking about last week, I wasn't trying to talk about it, she continued to antagonize me and then said that I would be receiving a letter in the mail that my bank will be canceling my account. I told her I'm selling a 700k house, no loan. That money would be hitting my account soon. She replied "we don't need your money". Emotions-aside you're paid to be professional at all times. Like who does that kind of back and forth in a professional workplace. A bank of all places, in front of 10-15 customers and other workers. She had a great opportunity to be nice but instead wanted more chaos. Talk about a bank. She's a tyrant and anyone that reports her or leaves a comment. She would likely bully them for weeks. This Bank is horrible if you do a balance transfer with their credit card…read more Be aware, if you use the card for purchases and pay those purchases off along with paying balance transfer down monthly there will be interest charged even if your balance is lower than the balance xfer amount. There is absolutely no benefit to do a balance transfer with 0% interest unless you do not use the card for additional purchases. example: My balance on my card is $600 lower than my total balance xfer amount and I'm still paying interest. I can see if the balance was above the balance xfer amount but its lower and they said as long as I have any balance I will be charged interest. I still have 12 months left on 0% balance xfer promotion. So much for 0% interest. Needless to say, I will not use this bank for any reason again

After going back and forth with the clerk, I said close the account and don't give me the cashier's check I'm done with you guys. (To start) I went in to get a cashier's check for my sister who is an X Nun, and she wanted to give a donation to the sisters (Nuns) because, I did not know who these people were the clerk said this could be fraud, I told her this is not fraud and we have done this but with different transaction somewhere else, (Walmart) she called the fraud dept, I call my sister to explain to the clerk but she still kept saying this could be fraud. I told my sister I would handle this and hung up. I told the clerk this is my money and I can do what I want with it, she said we will give you the cashier's check, but we will have to close your account, I said close the account and don't give me the check I'm done with you guys. Not only was I wrong about that, but I also discovered that they withdraw the funds several days before those funds are deposited into the receiving bank. So here I sit with literally no way to access my money that is floating in cyberspace somewhere. They don't seem to care whether I can put food on the table or have gas to get to work. I will be closing this account as soon as possible.

You will wait forever on the phone waiting to connect to…read morea loan specialist to make a payment, multiple issues with online payments, out of date systems, automated system says 0 callers in the queue then says "sorry for the long wait we're experiencing a higher than normal call volume", no way to make a payment with the automated system like other banks / companies have. Highly recommend banking and having your loans serviced elsewhere, with updated technology and better customer service.
