I have typically only utilized the branch for the ATM but have required services that I had to go inside for a few times. The location has always appeared clean and I have always had someone open the door for me and greet me. The tellers are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a giant line but that is not their fault - just how the cookie crumbles. They are efficient and sure to help each customer without rushing them which is appreciated when it is my turn. They have a drive up ATM as well as a walk up ATM for convenience. I am giving this location 5 stars based on years and years of visits with minimal issues. There is a decent sized parking lot to allow enough parking for their busier times.

Upon walking into the doors the "manager" would have been next to help me in line, instead of helping me she walked past me and said out loud "don't think I didn't forget about you" and entered into her office. The teller was polite and easy to work with but she had to ask the manager to come over and see when the rest of the money will be available because of a "hard hold". When the manager walked over she couldn't help herself to again for the second time mention the incident that happen 1 week ago. She, out of no where. Starts talking about last week, I wasn't trying to talk about it, she continued to antagonize me and then said that I would be receiving a letter in the mail that my bank will be canceling my account. I told her I'm selling a 700k house, no loan. That money would be hitting my account soon. She replied "we don't need your money". Emotions-aside you're paid to be professional at all times. Like who does that kind of back and forth in a professional workplace. A bank of all places, in front of 10-15 customers and other workers. She had a great opportunity to be nice but instead wanted more chaos. Talk about a bank. She's a tyrant and anyone that reports her or leaves a comment. She would likely bully them for weeks. This Bank is horrible if you do a balance transfer with their credit card…read more Be aware, if you use the card for purchases and pay those purchases off along with paying balance transfer down monthly there will be interest charged even if your balance is lower than the balance xfer amount. There is absolutely no benefit to do a balance transfer with 0% interest unless you do not use the card for additional purchases. example: My balance on my card is $600 lower than my total balance xfer amount and I'm still paying interest. I can see if the balance was above the balance xfer amount but its lower and they said as long as I have any balance I will be charged interest. I still have 12 months left on 0% balance xfer promotion. So much for 0% interest. Needless to say, I will not use this bank for any reason again

The clerk thought it was fraud. when they decided to give me the cashier's check, they said my account would have to be closed. After going back and forth with the clerk, I said close the account and don't give me the cashier's check I'm done with you guys. (To start) I went in to get a cashier's check for my sister who is an X Nun, and she wanted to give a donation to the sisters (Nuns) because, I did not know who these people were the clerk said this could be fraud, I told her this is not fraud and we have done this but with different transaction somewhere else, (Walmart) she called the fraud dept, I call my sister to explain to the clerk but she still kept saying this could be fraud. I told my sister I would handle this and hung up. I told the clerk this is my money and I can do what I want with it, she said we will give you the cashier's check, but we will have to close your account, I said close the account and don't give me the check I'm done with you guys. This sucks I don't know what is wrong with this CU, seems like they are trying to lose customers. Well, looks like I will be looking for another bank.

Every Employee over the years has made me feel important and welcome! They have trusted me enough to start a LOC, Overdraft checking account protection. They then trusted me with a CC for a Balance Transfer from another card. That transfer only has $100. left to pay on it! They then trusted me enough to acquire a home loan for a brand new Park Model! The terms of this loan are more than fair and super easy to manage! This loan is now paid off! This Team of Employees know the meaning of "Building Relationships" with Members! I might add that I also find convenience and simplicity with the Mobile App and the PCFCU Connect App, now integrated into the main app under "Chat".
