They will not take payments from anyone other than who signed the papers. My son went there in person, with my signed check, and my ID, they still didn't take it. Then tried to charge me a late charge, and said they would not take it after all because it was late. Of course it didn't matter my son had gone there three times, yes even with cash, they still said no. Well to make a long story short, they repossessed my car last Thursday, told the guy picking up my car that they called constantly to let me know. I don't pickup, nor call back any number I don't recognize. Ace never left me a message, not got a hold of me through my email, which they had. So, my 2009 Jetta, that I owned outright, will now cost me $531.00 to Ace Cash, $394.00 to the person who towed my car, plus $25.00 every day for storage, plus any other fees the tow company wants to add on. Needless to say, I have lost my car to people, who can't leave a message, take a payment.... By the way, I thought all this time I had been on autopay.
