Our payment had already cleared with the bank. So once we call and demand our title we now were told they need a copy of our bank card and it was their policy. I called dmv and banking service. They are not allowed to get a copy of your actual bank card nor were we supposed to wait that long. worst service i have ever been through. Even called other locations this was the only one that wants copy of your bank card
