I think Frank is a really solid character and his treatment program has been acutely therapeutic to my recovery. Like me, Frank has had a debilitating experience with sciatic pain. At one point in his life, he could not walk. Because his recovery strategies are a direct culmination of the years he spent overcoming his own injuries, I know I can trust the quality of his work. The initial consultation was brief but effective, and we wasted no time as we immediately began a series of exercises I would continue to do everyday for the next several months. Frank mapped out a plan for my recovery through a combination of stretches and core strength building of my weakest muscles. Dear Frank Titus,( Buyer beware- anyone will try it once to get out of pain...don't waste​ your money) I am will not return for any follow-up appointments. I requested you send me a write up of your findings upon initial appointment in writing. You were not able to do so. The text you sent made no medical basis: Here is what you wrote: "correct the dysfunctional movement patterns that are in bedded neurologically from years of compensatory movement patterns." SAY WHAT ??? please explain !! You don't know what you are talking about. but an impressive line for a medical dummy! What muscle groups and tendons are you attempting to move on each skeletal part? Of course you can't , and to do so would expose to the public you don't have the knowledge or education about basic Anatomy or Physiology. When I asked for a write-up naming which muscle groups your treatment plan was going to affect- you told me - Oh just call, it is better to hear someone's voice, you won't understand, just like I can't understand how to read your diagnosis from the radiologist with your M.R.I. I found your dirty rented office inappropriate to lay down and put my face in the dirty shag carpet, to do the exercise for treatment. You started with my feet- I have high arches from ballet training- so you were shot down with your first diagnosis when you tried to tell me I have a fallen arch- In disbelieve- I asked you to measure it- and you just laughed- you were caught- your gig was up- you didn't even have me take off my socks to determine one arch if higher- Really ? . You were constantly checking your phone and looking for a charger. Very un interested preoccupied with sports. You have a basic level 1 knowledge of Yoga, and I am sure all your clients will feel better if they did those exercises, thus the Yelp reviews. But I have done Yoga for all my adult life, and there was nothing new. You 've got a good gig- ,if you can collect money(185.00)on directing how to do sit-ups , for people while doing "Skype" on your boat. Good for you! Bottom line, franks therapy saved me from surgery. I woke up one day and couldn't move without having excruciating back pain. I laid in bed looking at the ceiling thinking, how long will this last? I can't move. I hurt my hip in March of 2009. I tried everything from pills to PT to shots and didn't get relief. I went to high school with Frank and we reconnected through Facebook. I was a teacher and in my fifties when so many hour on hard floors had ruined my feet and my back. I wondered if I would be able to teach until age 65. Was this what it felt like to grow "old". Frank is a genius. This morning, I managed to throw my back out so hard that I was stuck on the floor in agony. Couldn't move for 2.5 hours. I purchased the $75 yelp gift certificate that entitled me to $150 of services but I never received $150, only $120. I found Frank to be arrogant and inattentive, checking sports scores and texting while our session was going on. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, after a few sessions online via skype (great feature since I am in CO.) I was able to have a lot more range of motion in my RT hip and less pain.
