I've drove before many times on my way to Kroger. I tried to get a 30 minute massage ($40) while my regular therapist was out of town. (Never been to this place, but my neck was full of knots) So, I decided to give it a try. I walked in, read their sign, and asked for the 30 minute massage. The girl up front said they were only taking cash cause the CC machine was out. Told her I had cash to cover it. She wanted me to pay upfront. I was already having doubts, I preceded to give her my $40 and then she said I had to pause her an extra $20. At this point I asked her why. She simply replied I had to give her tip. I explained to her that was not how it works. That tip is a choice, and given after rendering a service. She kept insisting that that is how much I had to give her. HAD to give her. I took my $40 back and walked out. Will never step inside this business again!
