I went there about 2 weeks ago and was overjoyed to see their back shelves full of books! I also wanted to give a shout out to the employees at the Brockport location. This store is very clean, organized, and well lit. I really enjoyed the customer service they offered. I was approached by a young lady who works there. She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Best customer service a store has offered in a long time! Also, sign up for their members card. Free bday gift emailed to you. (Likely $5-10 bucks) Also, 1 point for every dollar you spend. One of my favorite things I did during the very boring summer of 2020 was to attend one of their outdoor markets. I came away with a pretty vintage bird print, a wooden bowl, and some Fiesta brand plates my cousin was on the lookout for. Stock changes frequently, and prices are generally reasonable. I suggest following them on Instagram (@upstate.vintage.market) as the owner posts available items almost every day. Definitely worth a stop if you are near Rochester or Buffalo!
