All the employees wear masks and it is required for customers, too. They also provide hand sanitizer on a table right inside the door. The store is well laid out, bright, and well-stocked, except for accessories. They've only been open a few weeks, so I was very surprised to see an almost depleted accessory area. I was looking for inexpensive hair accessories for Daughter. I was also looking for a certain hair product for her. The female cashier came over to help me; she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She used to work for Rite Aid and said the product I was looking for is something that Rite Aid carries. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and that's what put them at 4 stars.

True to the promise, Charisse was ready when I showed up minutes before opening time (10am) and had me fitted with a perfect suit for the occasion. They even tailored my pants to get the exact fit and by 11:30am I had everything I needed for the 3pm wedding, which included walking the bride down the aisle. Needless to say, Vittorio's saved the day for me. But it was Charisse's attentive service and professionalism that really impressed me. I knew the moment that I stepped in the store it was all going to be ok. And to top it off the price was quite reasonable.

Luckily they caught this and out a hold on my card and none went through. Enchanted Garden was contacted who denied that they ran my card again and claimed did not sell my information. My bank has no reason to lie. The shop should be researching their employees. I am in Rochester regularly and will never shop here again.

(Perhaps she forgot to lock it?) The woman (clerk? cashier? manager?) was very rude, making it seem like it was OUR fault that we were in the store when all we did was walk through the OPEN door. It was about 9:45 a.m. at that point, and I didn't want to wait for the door to be unlocked (again), so I went to Target and bought my items there instead. Also, I didn't want to give this store my business after the rudeness I experienced there. Anyone can have a bad day, but to berate the customers for walking through an OPEN door is beyond insane. I saw in another review that the reviewer described the clerks at this particular store as "mean," and I have to agree that the worker I encountered today is not customer-service oriented. There are other Five Belows in this area. There's really no need to go to this one.
