First, being the only Old Navy in the area, as well as an anchor mall store, there should be a separate entrance to the store. Plus, there seemed to be an extreme dirtiness throughout the store. The floor was extremely dirty, bumpy and super old (fix this Old Navy!), and there were clothes all over the floor and placed on random shelves, resulting in barely anything being organized or in the right spot. I was disgusted that no one was working on cleaning the store or helping at checkout. Are they understaffed? There were 7 people in line, with 2 registers open. The store is dirty and there are many other registers. Get more employees to clean and cashier. Geez. I most-likely won't be returning. Too bad this is the only Old Navy in the area. I was shopping at the Westgate mall this afternoon and I came across this store…read more I went inside to see what they had for clothing. I saw that the store had clothing for both women and men with one side of the store having women's clothes and the other side is used for men's clothes. There was a good assortment of jeans, tops, sweaters and more. The checkout area was located just about in the center of the store and I noticed that around the counter there were bags of sugary candy for sale. Also there were fragrances for both men and women nicely merchandised right at the counter with the men's fragrances facing the men's side of the store and women's facing the women's side of the store. There were 2 clerks on duty and one of them greeted me right away when I entered the store and asked me immediately if I needed help finding anything. I was wondering if they had any cosmetics for sale and she told me they did have a very small amount left over from the holidays and showed me the couple of items that they had. They were cosmetic palettes and she showed me exactly what the palettes had in them. Everything in the store was arranged neatly and the store was clean. The customer service was great. I would definitely go back.

The shop is reminiscent of cute boutiques on Bellevue Ave in Newport, RI or in the Hamptons, and is chock full of cute clothes, fun accessories, and adorable gift items. I had a lovely time perusing the racks upon racks of gorgeous and trendy pieces, and even though the full priced items were.. pricy, the sale selection was excellent. I often find that boutiques will put less than appealing items on the discount rack, but that's not the case at Bliss! Even though I didn't get any new clothes this time around, I'll definitely consider it for next time. What I did end up getting was an amazing enamel necklace that looks like a Ouija board planchet. My boyfriend, who is such a good sport to sit on a comfy couch whilst I shop, actually purchased it for me, and at $15, it was an affordable and super sweet present. I was joking that of course I found the only vaguely goth item in this bubbly and effervescent shop! The salesgirl, Ali, was great and very friendly as well, and made shopping at Bliss a total delight. My first visit here may have been loooooong overdue, but it certainly won't be the last!
