Really great experience. The young girl in the department that I had to be in was very helpful. Show me the end are on sale. The ones that were best for me for that day that I needed. I don't typically go to Kohl's because I don't really have good luck finding deals and stuff like most of my friends do but I went this day and found two things. I could use one end up not fitting when I get home. I gotta take that back the day I said oh no, it's no problem. You can bring take anything home. Bring it back as long as the receipts and the tags are still attached. It's all good which I thought was really nice of them. I would definitely try them more often for other things I've been looking for. I just didn't think of them for this so she has to a great experience. Also there was a very large selection in the department. I really thought that they wouldn't have too many things or they would not have more exactly what I was looking for, but they did have a great broad selection of the sizes from both extra small all the way up until like 3X for people that are a little bit busty and soft and I thought that was really nice as well. read more

If you value your health and well-being STAY OUT OF THIS STORE. We went late last year and when I saw how messy the store was, my wife continued her search for an item and I sought the store manager to complain. There were clothes, many other items, and hangers strewn on the floor all over, making it dangerous to get around. I was told by an aging female supervisor that when the store was busy, employees were taken off floor duty to work the registers -- a remarkably short-sighted, dangerous decision. As I got back to the area where you sell things for gardens and vases, I saw my wife fall, and as I approached her a physical therapist and I helped her get onto a bench, which took several minutes. It turned out that she had suffered a fracture of her femur in two places and wound up in Boston for emergency trauma surgery. I WILL NEVER go back in that store and recommend ANYONE going into ANY Kohls to CAREFULLY monitor the cleanliness of the store before shopping AND LEAVE AT ONCE IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANYTHING THIS ARROGANT, superficial, stupid, and ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT! I have never seen a better example of a total lack of empathy toward customers and MANAGEMENT INCOMPETENCE. I would be remiss not to mention that the Manager Robert is extremely helpful and ready to answer inquisitive questions! It's very evident that employees enjoy working for Kohl's and Robert is one of my example of a Manager that is happy at his position! It's a treat to shop and find great finds to bring home. Very rude and discriminating employee (Linda) and a manager (Sandra). My wife's English is not perfect, being an Asian-American immigrant, and the above mentioned individuals were terrible in how they were treating my wife when she was trying to use my Kohl's charge card. My wife had no problem using my card before at this location as well as any other Kohl's she's been to. However, she was told by Linda that "it is illegal to use someone else's card, even if it's your husband's". When I wanted to speak with a manager, Sandra came over and rudely said to my wife, "I don't need to talk to your husband". (I was able to hear her over the phone). I've called Kohl's customer relations line immediately and reported this situation... at least they were helpful and understanding. read more

Ah, yes...the great Serengeti of the retail world. Always a LARGE selection of clearance items (56$ pants for 8$ ? - - - yes please!). Only with the same achievement of organization as an intoxicated bake sale. Brands mixed together, sizes mixed together, the size of the clothing and the size referenced on the hanger hardly ever match. Rummage rummage rummage - and MAYBE you'll win big! But this takes a lot of effort (and a LOT of time)! Three stars for location accessibility and for prices, but this location is teetering on the edge of thrift shop madness. read more

Here's the lowdown on the Mansfield Kohl's location. It's worth 3 stars, in Yelp's terms "A-OK", which is correct. The Mansfield location *COULD NOT* be more spotless or organized, and he return area is so business like (check out the pics I posted), yet I still have many issues with the actual store. They DO NOT have a formal waiting area at the checkout area, you sort of just wait in any line and which ever register moves first, moves first, and that really isn't fair, especially during busy times. Just recently, the Stoughton Kohl's also had this issue which was also very disappointing. This store has also not been renovated (yet the only section that needs renovation is the checkout and home stuff (everything is a bit congested and clumped together). Overall, ok Kohl's store but the Walpole store is a bit better than this (yet normally not as clean), and the Milford location is miles better than this. read more

The cashier was pushy about me getting a Kohl's card. I asked multiple times if the card was a credit card and each time he insisted that it was not. It is. This was very unethical behavior and I resent having been lied to. read more

I love the Walpole location but this location is horrible. While at the jewelry counter trying on a necklace, I left my cellphone there. I didn't realize this until I was already home. I immediately called the store and spoke with a guy at the service desk who asked the woman in jewelry about my phone. She stated that she looked for the phone where I was trying on the necklace and the phone wasn't there. Thankfully I was already on my way back to the store because she lied. She either deliberately lied or didn't do her job. My husband walked over to the counter where the mirror was and there my phone was, which by the way was near the cash register. I was so upset I asked for the store manager. He was definitely not the right fit for management. Has no authoritative personality at all. I then emailed the CEO directly. It's not like I left my phone in some clothing department. It was sitting right there on the counter, next to the register. So she didn't do her job. It would have cost over $700 to replace and I have a lot of personal and business information on my phone. It's not just this issue. This store lacks customet service. I bought several items and they constantly leave the security tags on. I had a Candies suit jacket I needed for an important appointment and didn't realize until the day I went to wear it, that it had the security tag attached. The lines are always long and there never seems to be an organization with this store. Definitely disappointing. I will go to Walpole or Seekonk. read more

I frequent numerous Kohls stores in the area and usually Mansfield is one of the better stores. Today, however, not so much. I purchased two items which were both on sale. When I questioned the sales associate about the cost of one of the items she was quite nasty. I informed her that the price was on sale, but she said it wasn't and that it would have a clearance tag on it if it was on sale. I explained that the little grey box that sits atop all the racks gave the sale price, she continued to say it wasn't on sale. Finally she called and it was confirmed that it was on sale at the price I told her. She didn't even acknowledge that it was on sale she just plugged in the new price and stared at me. When the sale was finished she didn't say thank you, good bye, or any type of parting remark. With that said she didn't greet me when I first approached either. I had a reusable nylon bag and she didn't put anything in the bag I had to do my own bagging. Not a nice woman and shouldn't be working on the registers or with customers. This is a nice Kohl's, they have it all and much cleaner & neater than some others I've been to. Clothing, shoes, housewares & etc...pretty much a one-stop shop. For the most part, Kohl's has some good deals too. read more

I'm giving them 5 stars just based on my last experience there. I ordered sneakers online for my son and when I went to the store they have parking spaces the next section over from the handicap spaces just for the online pickup and they are located right in front of a door. So that was super convenient. Going into then online pickup, the lady was super friendly and the sneakers were brought to the counter very fast. It was a very timely experience. Will most definitely use their online service again. read more

I love this store! They always have a large amount of clearance items that are crazy prices! I bought this really great shirt for only 2 dollars!!! Their regular priced clothes are a bit on the high end, but I've always found them to be great quality. I buy about 80% of my clothes here and I never have a problem with anything. As far as the store itself goes at this location, the cashiers are a bit slow. There is one in particular that looks at everything you are buying and comments on it. I mean, that's great that you're so into what you do, but I'm a mom and usually I have my little boy with me and I'm ready to get out as soon as I can cause the last thing he wants to do is shop with mom. I've exchanged things at this store and returned items with no problem so they stand by their no questions asked guarantee. I'm happy we have a Kohls in our town. My hubby might not be so happy, but I am thrilled! :) read more

I shop here from time to time, maybe twice per year. I have no issues with the selection or cleanliness of this store, but it seems like they are ALWAYS backed up at the registers. It does not matter if it's busy and there are 4 registers open, or slow and only 1, it's never really enough. I like to get in and get out quickly; I sometimes spend more time in line than I do shopping (if I'm only there to pick up 1-2 items). PLEASE keep more registers open! read more

Cute clothes...i decided to buy a shirt for 25$ and two shorts for 20$ each because they were on a rack that said 22$. I got to the register and was told it was almost a 100$!!!!!!!!! Its an overall good store. Often you may fine good prices combined with Kohls credit card. Their random 15%, 20% or 30% is pretty much is scam because of the 10+ times I've done it, I've never gotten the 30%. Coming to the store, its pretty good for clothing with a good selection of items. I'm not even sure why they are wasting space having Kitchen items. I rarely see anyone there. It would be a better experience if there less items in the middle of the aisle. Would not even give Kohls 1/2 a star. Worst online retailer ever! Completely incapable of delivering goods as promised. Just when I figured I would give them 1 last try. My order says it was shipped and delivered. When I call to let them know it wasn't delivered, I received an email basically saying it was delivered and I need to take it up with the post office. I used to love Kohl's but now I will never go back. I was there 2 weekends ago returning a pair of pants with my Husband and my 2 month old. I had left my Louis Vuitton wallet on the counter. In the mean time my son started choking on his spit so we moved over to the side. We were there for a good 5 minutes you would think one of the 3 employees standing there could've said something. I didn't notice I lost it until later on that night, which I Happened to be back there shopping again! I went to customer service, they told me they didn't have it and to look around the store ( I didn't go anywhere in the store except customer service) she was rude and not very helpful. My husband then called and they told him they couldn't look at the tapes, they would look into it and let him know by Tuesday (this was Sat night) My Husband then went down there and talked to the Store Manager , Who said they would do everything they could & not to worry. Sunday comes around and that same Manager calls my husband saying they found the wallet. When asked where? what happened? he wouldn't answer just said that they found it and to come get it. (this is after I cancelled all my credit/ debit Cards) when my Husband went to pick it up the Manager said he still hadn't seen the tapes and would call when he did. Surprise- surprise he never called. We then called Corporate who aren't much help either. They had loss prevention call who said that they put it in a lock box that apparently can't be opened until the next day??? So here's my question.... why couldn't the associate tell me that, when I went back in Saturday night? Why couldn't the manager tell my husband that when he called or went in? Then I wouldn't have had to cancel all my cards....it's all very sketchy and I will NEVER go back to Kohl's. read more
