This is an average Walmart. Parking is always a challenge as the rows are narrow and so are the spaces. Today someone scratched the side of my door. And I guess it is no wonder because people don't have the courtesy to put their carts in the designated areas. I can almost always find what I want in any Walmart. Today at around 3:00, it was very busy. And for some reason, many employees were restocking, making inside navigation a big pain. Went there to see if they had an ice cream maker. It took me 10 minutes to find anyone to help...when I did find someone they did not speak enough english to understand what I wanted...I used the app and searched ice cream maker and it came up with ice cream sandwiches. I don't care where people are from but if they live and work here they should speak enough English to answer a simple question. its very frustrating to spend 45 minutes only to find out they don't even have an ice cream maker in the store. Self checkout for bulk items require individual scanning. Had over a dozen of same item and painfully scanned each. Overall, the store is too large requiring long treks from one department to another. The cleanliness and customer service also could have been better. read more

Something happened to my car charger doodad and I needed a new one. There's no place cheaper than Walmart for a replacement so here we are. This is a full supercenter store with a complete grocery section including frozen, dairy, produce and meats plus cleaning and booze. Clothing, sporting goods, housewares, home office, cosmetics, personal care and pharmacy plus toys and automotive. As is usual with supercenters, the layout is massive. There were enough registers open on a weekday afternoon plus the "Scan and go" self-service registers had a dedicated staffer. read more

With groceries at an all time high, it's nice to find a store where you can find general merchandise at lower price points. Even though my cashier had her light off and wanted to go on break, she said "go ahead I'll take you."Who does that? Rosie in customer service was superb as well. Being a regular shopper here makes things a lot easier for getting in and getting out. Even with the store's massive layout, a frequent shopper can zip from department to department with minimal effort. My suggestion would be to plan out your shopping list by department, leaving food items for last. There is a website that has maps of all the store layouts by location. Just Google it. :-) There are usually only a few cashiers on duty. The self checkout area has about 10 registers and the line there moves rather quickly. I see people complaining about the lack of cashiers, but myself, I prefer to self-checkout. Especially during Covid. One less person touching all my stuff. With the exception of the fitting rooms, I would say the store is quite organized and clean. The floors in the fitting rooms need to be mopped and cleaned really bad. They were gross on our last visit. Prices are great on most items. I also like that there is an actual deli counter to get cold cuts from. The pre-made subs and salads are decent as well. Meat and produce sections are usually well stocked. I mean.... Where else can you go and buy a couple t-shirts, a bicycle, a slab of meat, and frozen peas for under a hondo? Boom!!! :-) read more

So I wasn't successful with that same day pickup in the past - but they have this Walmart Grocery pickup on point!! This is a GREAT service! You go online and pick out your groceries and the time you want to pick it up. They notify you when it's ready and you go to their designated area and it's all bagged up and they bring it right out to you and load it in your car. If their are items that you ordered that they don't have they substitute it for something better and at the same price of what you originally ordered!! For example I ordered a dozen or their organic cage free eggs, they were out so I got the same brand but 18 eggs. This saves me a lot of time to not have to go in and shop, also saves you from impulse buying, no waiting in long lines or battling that self check out!! I have worried that I will get home and something I ordered and paid for wouldn't be in the bag but I think they have to scan each item as they are doing the shopping to be sure it's what you ordered and that they don't miss it. You also have the choice to not let them substitute and then they just don't charge you for it. Or if you let them substitute it, you get notified prior and when they are loading it in the car they ask you again and if it's not what you wanted they will take it back and take it right off the bill right there. Walmart hits a new low today. Walked past the chicken case and multiple bags of chicken were not sealed and one bag of leg quarters was completely dumped into the case. I usually don't leave overly negative reviews, I like to believe that everyone is working their absolute hardest and any bad experience is out of their hands. And I think thats true. Why go out of your way to give a bad experience to a potential lifelong customer? Regardless, Wal-Mart dropped the ball HARD on this one. It should be noted this is based solely on the auto center. The auto center that promised my tires would be in the next day. The reason I cleared my afternoon schedule and lost money to have said tires installed. The same auto center that when I showed up was completely confused and told me they should be in the next day. I'm fine with that, one day doesn't matter. What kills me is when I go back the next day and am told they were shipped the wrong tires. They gave me the paperwork. You ordered what they shipped. XL. Ridiculous. This was on a Friday afternoon and they told me they couldn't do anything until Monday. Meanwhile I'm cruisin' around with a 2 inch screw in my driver's rear. Went acroas the street. Rick Johnson was bought out by Tire's Choice and had me in and out in an hour. Truly appreciated. Ask for Paul, he's a stand up dude. Even stayed a bit late to ensure things were done properly. Now, fast forward a week. A WEEK. And I just received a text that my tires are ready at Wal-Mart. Sorry fellas, I'm not coming back. Missed two afternoons of work for your lies. Won't be back for service of any kind. Spent 2 hours watching service techs stand around seemingly doing nothing. I came to have a tire repaired. The guy that put air in a couple of days ago was very nice and helpful so I came today for the repair. Called to come in yesterday but they closed early because guys didn't show up for work. Maybe they got tired of standing around. Management needs to wake up, provide "service" in the tire dept. While your at it, clean the dang windows and have a working tv to pass the HOURS waiting. read more

I typically don't go to big Walmart. today I needed a few items that my local store doesn't carry. Man, am I glad I did. I ran across Chad who was managing the front self check out section. He wasnt moping around, complaining about people. He had a smile on his face and he moved station to station assisting people helping the elderly and being kind about it. Walmart better grab him and have him train everyone then promote him. A trip to Walmart usually ruins my day. Always only 1 open register regardless of how long the line is, rarely you may find 2. Many employees can't speak decent English and the treaters may as well be on a cot napping. The improvement here is because I use the Walmart grocery app which is quick and very convenient to use. They shop for the items, you pick a time to go get it and they will bring it right out to you once you've checked in. All stores should have this. What I like best is I don't have to set foot in the store but still get Walmart prices. That's a win win in my book!! read more

The greeter was a very nice retired age man who said those baskets keep coming up missing. Therefore this Walmart stopped ordering more of them. I always buy my tires here because they are so cheap and decent. Their auto care center is the worst. I got here 30 minutes after they opened and they are already 2 hours behind because they "only have two guys working." It's a 2 hour wait to just get a new tire put on your car. OMG I would honestly take my vehicle anywhere other than this place. It would be worth the extra money to go to an actual tire place where they can knock it out in less than an hour. read more

I have had a set of these for a week now and Downloaded the Kasa app as asked to by my Google Hub. I have one pluged into the kitchen and one outside. One thing I did notice is that the TP link in the Kitchen works as a link to nt router. When I do a network check it has become a part of my system. The app and link I have no doubt works as a extension like the ones you pay a hundred$$ for and it never works worth a darn. So I am now going to see how well and what all this fun little plug can do. That way I can shoot over to Mums and set hers up with her Alexa and Echo Dot and the 2-way audio video doorbell that is if Bestway ever delivers the Dot which was supposed to be at my Moms along with the new Doorbell on Christmas eve as promised. So I will have all sorts of info about several products when I get back from Moms that is also when I will thow my 2 cents in about the Walmart Super Duper Center. read more

The automotive section at this Wal-Mart is anything but a automotive section, I wouldn't put the people working here in charge of a circus. I bought tires from this Wal-Mart and tried to get them installed on tires and wheels that I brought in myself and after I unloaded them out of my truck the cashier told me they were not excepting anymore customers because they had a 5 hour wait. I then said that I didn't mind the wait was because I just wanted to drop the tires and rims off and I could return the next day to pick up. The cashier insisted that they WOULD NOT install my tires that I had just purchased. And goodluck getting a hold of a manager they're nowhere to be found, nobody has any answers and they don't Ofer any kind of help. I will be taking my tires elsewhere from now on. read more

At 6:30 in the morning they have one cashier working the self scan station. The cashier didn't speak English well enough to understand I had two baskets that would not scan as the UPC sticker was inside the basket. Took way too long and the self scan system cancelled my session because she took so long to get to me. Worse one was she yelled at me for not being able to scan the items. Needless to say I just left. Shame on management for setting this employee up to fail and making them as well as customer miserable. read more
