I know it is a chain store, but I feel like every store I visit is slightly different depending upon the region, current season, and sale room finds. Dressing room staff are friendly and helpful, and they take time to listen and understand what you are shopping for. Take time to stop, and smell the candles, as they are often the best scents and not too over powering. Walking through the housewares section is always a treat. The prices here are higher than local area stores like TJ Maxx or Home Goods, but shopping Anthropologie is a true luxe experience in itself. I could spend a couple of hours in this store just enjoying the atmosphere. Escape for a couple of hours and enjoy yourself here for awhile. Order a coffee, tea, or mocha ice storm from Nordstrom's coffee bar, just down the escalator, then browse while you treat yourself to a drink too! And don't forget to sign-up for their email list do you get a special birthday offer too.

I had a great experience at Costco this past weekend! Yes, it was definitely busy (as expected on a…read moreweekend), but everything was still incredibly well-organized. Even with the crowds, it was still a good experience. What really stood out to me was how helpful and friendly the employees did a great job at managing checkout lines, which at times can be a nightmare. This was not my usual Costco so it was nice to see organization. The checkout process was also surprisingly quick. The lines looked long at first, but they moved fast thanks to the team working together and staying organized. It made a huge difference. The workers scanned everything in advance so at the checkout you just scanned your card and paid. This was a first for me. Of course, Costco never disappoints when it comes to value. I was able to stock up on essentials, find some great deals, and even discover a few new items I hadn't tried before. The food court as my kids say "slaps". Fresh pizza, friendly faces, great prices can't beat Costco!

Unfortunately, my experience with the complimentary tire rotation was completely different. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30, but I ended up waiting nearly two hours for a simple tire rotation. What was especially frustrating was that my car sat on the lift for over an hour with little or no work being done, while several customers who arrived after me had their vehicles serviced and left before mine was finished. It honestly gave me the impression that because the tire rotation was included for free with the tire purchase, it was treated as a lower priority than paid services. If that's the case, it's very disappointing. Complimentary maintenance is one of the reasons people choose to buy tires from a shop in the first place, and customers shouldn't feel like they're being pushed to the back of the line simply because they've already paid. I hope the store improves how it schedules and prioritizes appointments. I don't mind waiting when the shop is busy, but almost two hours for a scheduled tire rotation is simply unreasonable.

I stopped in on Saturday 4/25/26 for an exchange. We had to search for an associate, to start off. Some were behind the counter on their phones, chit chatting with each other, or hiding behind racks. I felt like I was in a sea of employees with none to be found- strangest experience. I unfortunately found a counter with a lady named Cathy behind it. Cathy falls in top five worst shopping experiences I've ever had. She immediately profiled me, it was actually disturbing. Without letting me say a word about my exchange, she went on and on about why is it her problem and she's a "rule follower". She wouldn't even take the time to pull up my personal book or my mother in laws, who gifted them to my husband. Also, keep in mind, there are no "rules" when it comes to Nordstroms return policy. She was strictly there to give me a hard time and make me feel like I was doing something wrong. Things only went downhill from there when she called her MIC. A male named Eric I believe? African American with a beard. He came down with a quickness and never made eye contact with me once. The two of them together couldn't make one good manager. I found him to be cowardly and an example of the company's poor onboarding & training. It's not too late to invest in a leadership program, let me know if you're interested. My three items were like-new and only tried on. My husband has a bad habit of washing all his clothes before he wears them. He did exactly that in September 2025 to realize the pants fit him poorly on the legs. Since when is that a crime or not allowed? I've posted the return policy directly from their website with my review. It's clear that Cathy and her MIC were only trying to give me, and likely many other customers, a hard time and not service. So much for playing by the rules.

I had recently purchased a pair of earrings at this location and had traveled back home with them. Once I opened the packaging, I noticed the bottom part of the earring had already broken off. I hadn't even tried on the earrings yet. I called the next day and spoke to someone on the phone who was very nice. She told me to come back into the store with the pair of earrings and they would get it taken care of. She said a receipt was not necessary if it had already been thrown away, which it had at this point. I brought in the earrings a week later and interacted with the self claimed "new manager", who was nothing but rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing she could do, not even an exchange for a new pair of earrings without the original receipt. The earrings were still in the original packaging and I could see the same pair at the store hanging up. I've never been treated so poorly by a store manager. Overall, they forever lost my business and I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location.

This store's staff is 75% of the time helpful, kind and happy to assist. The other 25% of the time, it's like they would rather be anywhere but there working. The quality of their clothing has gone down hill and not just a little...I mean, we have gone from jeans that would last me for years to "I think I could get the same quality at Walmart!" bad. Their corporate customer service is an absolute joke. If you have ever dealt with these script-reading-couldn't-care-less-about-the-customer fools, you know what I'm talking about. Bottom line, it's hard to find clothes that fit just right or lay just perfectly for a plus size woman and Lane Bryant used to fulfill the need in this industry that was severely lacking but much like other industries, I imagine, the cost of materials has increased, so they find ways to cut back and at the cost of customers, no less. I don't care what anyone says: you cannot buy clothes online! At least I can't.
