That night at 7pm I walked into the store and asked to speak with a manager and the manager wrote my name and phone number down and it has been a week and still no call. I had a great experience at Costco this past weekend! Yes, it was definitely busy (as expected on a…read moreweekend), but everything was still incredibly well-organized. Even with the crowds, it was still a good experience. What really stood out to me was how helpful and friendly the employees did a great job at managing checkout lines, which at times can be a nightmare. This was not my usual Costco so it was nice to see organization. The checkout process was also surprisingly quick. The lines looked long at first, but they moved fast thanks to the team working together and staying organized. It made a huge difference. The workers scanned everything in advance so at the checkout you just scanned your card and paid. This was a first for me. Of course, Costco never disappoints when it comes to value. I was able to stock up on essentials, find some great deals, and even discover a few new items I hadn't tried before. The food court as my kids say "slaps". Fresh pizza, friendly faces, great prices can't beat Costco!

Bad service for four new tire replacement. I got new tires…read morefrom Costco today I told them I will be waiting inside the Costco until it's done and they can call my number. When my car was done, the person called me and when I asked whether I I need to see somebody inside Costco or outside Costco tire center. She clearly responded to see one of them outside tire center glass door and knock there. When I went out there with my sopping cart and I had to wait 5min in cold wind for someone to come and open the door to hear that no you have to go in. No you have been notified wrong. I went back in and took my cart keys and paper work. Reported what happened. I left costco just to find out that my tire air pressure is low. When checked it was less than 30in all four tires, and required air pressure is 45 and front and 48 for rear- i knocked on the door, no one looked at me. I was in hurry- stopped at air pressure station and filled up air in all four tires myself. I am amazed that they put in new tires to let the person go on road driving at alarming air pressure so they can have an incident and in that case costco tech will not to be blamed. i am glad i acted sooner. But amazed by bad service.

When we used it in November for the first time everything was fine until we tried to use the handle, after all the clothes filled up the suit case, the handle wouldn't not pull out. We went the entire trip pushing around the suit case without the ability to use the handle. I waited until January and decided to take the suit case back to the store after only using it once. I just wasn't right. The store could do nothing and recommended calling customer service. I called customer service and they asked for the date of purchase, my tjmax credit card number, my name, address, phone number and E-mail address. They said that they would research it and get back to me. 5 days later they got back to me and said since it was past the return policy date they could do nothing. Really! Why didn't they tell me that up front when I provided all that information. What a waste of time! Never did the customer rep. or store say anything regarding the return policy until they decision was made. Now I'm stuck with a suit case with a handle that doesn't work. They just lost a customer and they don't care. I have other choices like Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club or Kohls. Not Sierra!

I wanted to share my experience donating to House of Hope so others know what to expect…read more I called ahead because I had a large amount of sewing and embroidery items to donate. I was honest that everything was in decent condition--not perfect, but still usable. I was told I could bring everything in. When I arrived and opened my trunk, the gentleman helping immediately made a snide comment: "You know we're not a refuge place, we're a thrift store." That was surprising and honestly off-putting, especially since I had already explained everything over the phone. I asked for a manager, and they pointed out that one of my sewing bags had dust on it and said they couldn't accept it in that condition. I understand having standards, but this felt excessive for donated goods. I guess if you had a Birkin bag but it had a little dust on it or wasn't in perfect condition, they wouldn't take that either. It left me wondering--are you a resale shop or a retail store? If the expectation is that everything must be near-perfect, that should be clearly communicated upfront. Otherwise, it feels unreasonable for a donation-based operation. I mean House of Hope is getting this stuff for FREE. I respect that they have policies and that the organization is volunteer-run, but the overall interaction came across as dismissive and overly picky. If I had known the expectations were this strict, I would have saved myself the trip and sold the items myself or donated elsewhere. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to donate here.
