very large store with lots of great options for men which i appreciate and reasonably priced! staff were friendly too.

Can they clean the bathrooms? I mean it's not the main thing to focus on with a big store like this but every time we go it is so gross. Everything else about the place is clean so I don't know where that drop off happens. This is one of the slower tj maxxs out there for checkout but all the items in the store are organized so that is a huge help. read more

I was there on a Saturday which is a busy day, and they only had TWO CASHIERS!!! The line wounds around 3 times into the men's department!!! Mo one called for more cashiers and no manager showed up. This store is like this on weekdays and Sundays too. They obviously have poor management!! I would avoid this TjMax unless you like waiting in line for EVER! read more

One of my favorite TJ Maxx locations in the area. It's so fun to visit different TJ Maxx to see what each store carries because they all carry slightly different things. In my personal opinion, I think this one carries a lot good items that I would like to purchase. I'm not going to lie, but the parking here is always crazy. Even on weekdays, the parking lot can get super packed and you may have to park a little further away from TJ Maxx. read more

The location is clean, well-organized and the staff is courteous. It can get really crowded and that is when the mess starts in areas around cosmetics, handbags and shoes. But I noticed the staff do their best to keep it in place. Cons: Poor collection for size 6.5 shoes, terrible collection for trousers/pants/dress bottoms for anyone size Small, 00, 0, 24, 26. It was a really nice collection for all Mediums and above. Hence the 3 stars. I spaced my visits weeks apart but the collections didn't really have much to offer in those size ranges. Clearance on cosmetics: Some of the best deals in there! You can run into good CHIs, TIGI, etc. for steal pricing. read more

No matter when you go the line is extremely long. There are usually two cashiers who move slower than the sloths that the DMV. The fitting rooms are disgusting. There's hair, dirt, etc all over the floor. I drive to apex to avoid this location as much as possible. I needed to get a lunch box and I've been in line for 10 minutes (it's 10:30 am). 0/10. read more

T.J.Maxx at Park West Village is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from home yoga equipment to hats to fanny packs to earrings to kitchenware to shoes to bags to suitcases to dresses, etc. It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. I have gotten many pairs of leggings and a yoga resistance band and ab wheel there! The staff at this T.J. Maxx also are extra friendly, warm, and conversational! They are always close by / around so you can easily find them and they can help you locate items. T.J.Maxx is always well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J. Maxx is also located at a prime location at Park West Village, which is a beautiful, enormous residential and shopping / dining place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I spend a lot of time at TJ Maxx. This is one of my go to stores. It's clean and well organized. It is also very busy !!! Stock gets picked over quickly. If you see something you like, don't hesitate to buy it because it won't be there tomorrow. There are several other TJ Maxx store in the area that are not quite as busy as this one. But I can't tell you which ones.......then my secret will be out. This location has a nearby Ross which adds to your shopping pleasure. read more

Love this store but disappointed today!! Many people without masks inside the store this morning!!! Told the staff and they went over and provided masks that the customers accepted and wore! Please be more vigilant @ TJ Maxx and follow your own stated protocol! We're all trying to follow the safety guidelines and live under a new normal!! read more

I would never shop for clothes because they are kinda all over the place and that kind of shopping gets me overwhelmed. Everytime I go to this TJ max, there's ALWAYS A PROBLEM. Whether I can't return something- ( even though I return it at the TJ max in apex which is fantastic by the way) - or I'm paying in a different way the employees never know how to do anything and so they have to get the coordinators which tell me what hat I'm trying to do is not possible even though, again, I do it at other locations. One of the managers is ALWAYS giving me a hard time saying the ticket is the incorrect one even though that's how I bought or going out to the floor just find if the name matches what I gave her and making me wait longer. it's just simply unnecessary as I am an employee at one of the locations and everything they do because of "guidelines" is them being extra because it is wasting the customers time. DONT come to this location if your in a rush and wanted to be greeted with rude managers! read more

It's a good store with massive selection of clothes and shoes. Always find Cheap and useful product. Once in week I always go to this store and look for clothes and crockery section. Kind of addiction but worth it. All the staff members are good and even though during peak time service is fast. read more

Very open and large selection at the Morrisville location. Very clean and everything is in its place. They are currently requiring masks and keeping everything sanitized. Seems like every time I go to a TJ Maxx there is a line but it doesn't take long to get inside. read more

This store is my closest TJ Maxx to my home. I go here pretty often to look around in hopes there will be something I would like to purchase, but I often leave empty handed or only buying a couple of small items. The inventory at this store is really bad. There just isn't hardly any '"good" stuff to buy. They used to have really good brand name makeup, but I haven't seen anything worth buying since before the pandemic. The kitchen section where you would find hand towels, table cloths, etc, is always bare. The plus size clothes section is a joke, the jewelry options are sparse. I don't know why this store hardly has any stock you would actually want to buy. I'm hoping they are working through supply chain issues and things will get better in the Spring. Also, please do away with Rae Dunn and Gnome decor, no one wants it! On the positive side, the people that work there are always friendly and I've never had anyone be rude to me. The store is always clean as well. Please start getting in better inventory. I really want to spend my money here! I would love to see you get in more name brand makeup (Too Faced, MAC, Anastasia), better wearable costume jewelry, cute home decor (seasonal and otherwise), kitchen & bathroom linens, door mats, etc. I will remain hopefully optimistic things will change for the better soon and I can leave with a cart full of good, fun, and stylish stuff! read more

Very poor customer service so beware. I made 2 purchases and was overcharged for one, not provided the sale price. I had the receipt but no longer had the exact tags. I brought up a similar rug to show the manager and she was rude, treated me like I was trying to get away with something and would not reimburse me anything as it was nt the exact same pattern. Then on my second purchase, they had left the hard plastic security tags on the garment that did not ring when I went out the door. So I had to bring it back for tag removal. When I asked them to remove it, and I had the receipt, they did so grudgingly. By this time, I was pretty angry. I am, or should say was, a loyal TJ Maxx shopper but will not be any longer. read more

I like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I've found some good deals there - in dinnerware (a beautiful painted pitcher and butter dish) and clothing. The beauty products are also good. The designed storage boxes, writing diaries and notebooks are pretty (although expensive at $5) to give as gifts to kids in my family and friends list. Perfumed soaps, powders and lotions are great too. Pet toys are at a reasonable price and are of good quality. I usually try to use cash only, because of the history of credit theft at TJM and Marshalls! read more

I have worked at three different TJX locations over 5 years. After I left for another job, I continued to be a shopper for many years. This location is one of the best I have found state wide. They have a really good selection, and the staff does a good job of keeping the store organized and clean. There are always some cashiers and associates who are great and some who you can tell are just there for their paycheck. However, overall a great place to shop in a great location. read more

I love this store and basically visit it weekly with my family. Since the NC governer and CDC and Dr. Fauchi stated that if you have been vacinated you do not have to wear a mask (I mean if you have been vaccinated and still wear a mask- you will forever wear a mask.. because you have been vaccinated you are meant to be safe as you did what needed to be done to be safe and be safe around others) I have been in the store 3 times without my mask (and many others did not wear a mask) yesterday I went in and was stopped at the door by a staff member- she lifted a folded piece of kitchen towel and almost secretly showed me a mask. She wispered you will have to wear this to enter, and the manager of the store told her that if I do not want to then she will have to call the manager.. what is happening store manager?? Get your vaccine like the rest of us, better be safe than sorry- and allow us to shop like we do in TJ Maxx Apex, Target, Walmart, all other stores- without the mask, as stated by the Governer, Dr. Fauchi and the CDC. Even in NY the people are allowed to be without masks. You made us feel very unwelcome in your store as you can not decide what the customers are suppose to do. for 10 days its fine in your store to go without a mask and then you go back to the mask?? read more

Has a great selection of clothes but the dressing room is disgustingly dirty and always has been. My feet are always covered and dust and dirt and there are bugs dead and alive. Smells musty in the dressing room too. Considering how nice this shopping center is and the rest of TJ Maxxs I've been to.. The store itself is great but someone please clean the dressing room with a mop for once! Gross! read more

My roommate and I refer to this place as "the mecca." Sometimes a miss (I mean... I was going weekly for awhile...), but usually a HIT. Found my favorite yoga pant brand here that I had only found at Nordstrom Rack & online. Love this place. I think because it's so new it's better than others. read more
