If you're quality and service is better than other places, then you shouldn't need to trash talk other places, it should show for itself. The staff is hit or miss on the friendly scale - sometimes they are more involved in taking care of their dogs than the clientele. It's nice to have dogs in the store (unless you're allergic), but the customers should come first.

Although they didn't carry the longer length I wanted, I was still grateful that the employees still tried. The Old Navy in the Parma opened a couple months back. Sandwiched between AC Moore and JC Pennys, Old Navy's location is great! There's a ton of parking shared between all the stores in the plaza so you do not have to worry about finding a spot.
