I clearly explained how I needed them to fit and even told them ahead of time that if extra fabric needed to be added, I was completely okay with that. Unfortunately, it felt like my concerns were ignored. When I got the items back, they still did not fit properly at all, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for alterations in the first place. For the amount I paid -- especially with the added rush fee -- I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and results. I understand alterations can be difficult, but I would have appreciated honesty if the changes couldn't realistically be done the way I asked. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I don't feel like my requests were listened to.

I personally avoid it because I'm afraid that if I forgot I already took one sample, and accidentally taken another one, I might get arrested. If you're quality and service is better than other places, then you shouldn't need to trash talk other places, it should show for itself. The staff is hit or miss on the friendly scale - sometimes they are more involved in taking care of their dogs than the clientele. It's nice to have dogs in the store (unless you're allergic), but the customers should come first.

Sandwiched between AC Moore and JC Pennys, Old Navy's location is great! There's a ton of parking shared between all the stores in the plaza so you do not have to worry about finding a spot.
