I highly recommend Kohl's for value and great service! I have found that the app is very useful. You can screen the tag of any product and it will tell you any other colors or sizes that can be delivered to the store. I find myself using the app all the time. I also liked they added more brands that will apply to coupons. There are so many online competitors. I personally try to shop in stores and this is a great location! Even when I order a product online through kohl's, I have it delivered to the store and you get a $5 Kohl's cash for doing so! read more

This is my local Kohl's. I typically do all of my holiday shopping at this store. They have great Black Friday sales, and if you can't find the right size in the store, you can order online and have it shipped to the store. They frequently offer discounts (15%, 20% or 30% off when you use your Kohl's credit card). I try and make my purchases when they are offering Kohl's cash. For every $50 in merchandise that you purchase, they will give you $10 in Kohl's cash valid at a future date. While the discount coupons do not work on select brands, such as Nike and Under Armor, the Kohl's cash and Yes 2 You rewards are applicable to any purchases online or in the store. The sales associates and managers at the Roswell location are very friendly. They typically greet you as soon as you enter the store. I'll definitely continue shopping at this store. read more

What I love about this store is that customer service is in the front. No trekking though the store with items to return or exchange. Easy to get in, easy to get out! I'm a bargain shopper. This is a nice Kohl's! They have a good selection of items and the interior is clean. The store is a little smaller than other ones I go to. The shopping center has a craft store, starbucks, McDonald's, etc. and across the street is a Pet store and a Trader Joe's. I like coming here and getting a lot of my shopping done. read more

Kids clothing is fine. Adult clothes don't hold up. They frequently leave tags on the clothes and we've returned multiple times simply to have the tags removed. It's a step up from Walmart And target, as far as product goes. Lines are long. Go off peak. read more

Best to use the handy UPC scanners to check the price on an item that you wish to purchase. Every item that I scanned came up with a different (and usually lower!) price than the price listed on the tag or shelf. Great selection, variety, and quality. You want bed linens? There are quite a few lines, with many threadcounts and price points. Same with bath towels. Five stars for service. There was only one register open when we went to check out. One person ahead of us, being rung up. Another customer queued up, the employee radioed (or used the phone...I can't remember) for assistance, and within second, TWO more registers were operational and nobody had to wait. Day-UM! I wish all of the places that I shop were that responsive to customer load. read more

To the random lady at Kohl's either today. You had no idea the overwhelming feeling of this bride to be. I was worried I wouldn't find my perfect shoes. I just got off of my long shift at work, I looked like a mess. Yet, you saw past my tired figure, and my unruly hair. As I tried to look through the clearance to try and save money I felt like I lost hope. I thought perhaps I can use a size bigger and stuff the toes to make the shoes work. The ones I found and started my conversation with you. I almost left, feeling defeated. Yet I heard your sweet voice ask me 'Whats your shoe size?' I told you 'Size 6.5' I didn't see you but I heard you 'The same as mine, okay let's see here.' Within minutes you found the perfect shoes for my wedding. The color matched my dress perfectly and I was just in such awe. You were literally my fairy god mother! I was your Cinderella in rags! I couldn't say thank you enough, and you just took time out of your day to help this bride to be. 'I love shopping' as all you said. You did more than that, you saved me a lot of money and stress this week. It's hard to find people in the world, especially now that truly have a heart of gold. This Kohl's store is in a nice location in Roswell. It's clean and seems to be well run. As a guy it is a great place to do a strategic strike on....I need tube socks and a pair of new pants for the annual company meeting in Las Vegas...maybe that should be some stain-resistent pants but I digress. So for convenience it is great. The selection (at least in the men's department) is filthy with house and private label brands. While these are usually less expense then branded items I have never had the following exchange: "Wow, Helmut what a great looking shirt, it is really your color and the cut of the cloth makes me start thinking of you in a whole new light."... "Thank you very much young attractive female...why it's a Croft & Barrow...let's go grab a drink". On the branded side they carry Dockers, Arrow and sometimes Columbia Sportswear (these are the ones I remember, there may be more). Another thing to be aware of is the high/low pricing which drives a loyalty credit card, Kohl's cash and other circular and flyer discounts. So upon check out it is possible to hear "that's $120 dollars and you saved $380 dollars". If you actively work their system it is likely that you could put your entire family in private label clothing for something like seven dollars a year. read more

The fine print on their coupons exclude half the brands in the store. So you can't use them for Nike items or Under Armor or pretty much any of the brands you would actually want to buy. Pretty deceptive if you ask me. read more

I have been to this Kohl's several times. I find that Kohl's is a good option for half-way decent clothes that do not carry too high a price. I would go here to buy just casual shirts, pants, and shoes. I wouldn't choose Kohl's for something more high end or fashionable. The prices are excellent and the store is easy to navigate through. I like that their stores are reasonably sized and you don't have to take a big hike to get to the department you want. The clothes section is strategically located right near the front entrance. It's not a place to go if you're looking for help from the staff. You do not see any staff who come around and offer to help you with your purchase. You need to know what you want when you go in there. For most purchases I make, I do not want or need assistance, so I like the low service model employed at Kohl's. Of course, they also have housewares and such, but I've never bought any of those items from Kohl's, only clothes. read more

Kohl's footprint has been reduced in the city. So out to the suburbs I go. Nice and clean store, it seems, with plenty of parking. And it was quite busy! I guess there aren't having problems with business out there! I just used the pick up in store counter. It was quite easy to get my stuff. Issue speaking with manager, woman with wig and accent, she sent me to white phone to speak with credit department and assured me they could email me my receipt. After choosing least dirty chair and ten minute wait, was informed by overseas call center this was not possible. Niiiiiiiice dodging helping a customer. As I waited I noticed the dust and filth on every visible store fixture. Lines of 10-15 people waiting to pay. I've had it with their coupon games it always makes me feel like a loser when the people in front of me have coupons, passes, peel offs, and it takes forever to sort it out. Went in today for a mommy and daughter shopping date since the whole pandemic started. My daughter has saved up all her allowance and birthday money to pick out some new cute clothes, which she was ready to pay for in cash. When we got to the checkout the manager refused my daughter service stating that she was "only a child" and could not use a $10 off $25 coupon simply because I used one for my purchase. My daughter had only brought enough cash to pay for around $15 so this coupon was important to her and her math lesson. Its the same coupon that anyone can use regardless of age, regardless of account status, ANYONE can go online and use or print this coupon. This manager told me that my daughter was "only a child and doesnt qualify as a customer". The manager was laughing, smug, and rude the entire time even while my daughter is crying and I am kindly asking her to explain why shes denied service because of her age since it doesnt say that on the coupon. The manager had no empathy for her actions. Upon calling the corporate office, they agreed that anyone can use the coupon and that a child (yes even an 8 year old) is considered a customer who can use coupons. I will never step foot in a Khols again and am pursuing legal action. No person should be treated like that. read more

Horrible! Looked online for availability for an Apple Watch.. All stores were out of stock, except for the Roswell, GA store. I was hoping to use my discount coupons and accumulate the available "Kohls Cash" that is currently being advertised. The site claimed to have the watch with very limited availability.. So I attempted to purchase it online for pick up during my lunch hour. Kohls denied my credit card, stating that there was a problem with the transaction. So I went over there during lunch. Was told at the Customer Service Desk that they are not licensed to sell Apple products.. So I left, very confused and annoyed by YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING, and was late getting back to work, taking that drive in the first place! An hour later I got an email from my bank letting me know that my $300 transaction went through at Kohls.. So now I am out $300, no watch-NO NOTHING- and pissed!! Called the 800#, was hung up on twice, and on the 3rd call was treated as if I were the one committing fraud.. I have to now wait 3 business days to get my money back.. Kohls, you just lost my entire family as customers! HUGE MISTAKE! read more
