Most things are always on sale or have some type of deal going on. I was looking for a new pair of workout shoes and though it's great they have many options for women who wear a bigger shoe size, I didn't like that once it hit a size 9 that all of the shoes were "wide". Found some shoes that looked okay but could've gone with the "wide" addition.

I went to return some pictures that I had just purchased the day prior, and they had minor marks on them. Because I did not ask for a discount at time purchase for the minor marks that were on the picture, the store manager would not return them. I told him I purchased it like that, but it did not work in customer space. I had my receipt and picture packaging was never opened. He told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. So, I had to take time to call to the headquarters in order to return the pictures. I guess he was some sort of power trip. Nonetheless, I will not be shopping at the Stafford location. Never had such a horrible experience with a return at Ross.

Employees greeted me as I walked in (a little dry, but it's the thought that counts). Store could be cleaned up a little more but I like the new setup. A lot of people sleep on Ross, but they have a lot of hidden gems in here! Furniture and shoes are their strong suit for the hidden gems & you're welcome in advance.

From the cashier who had a genuine smile and quick checkout, to the associate who helped me find a specific item in the hardware department, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Never take your car to the Auto Service Center! So I had a flat tire. Aired it up and limped there…read morefrom the house. Checked the car in. They said it would be an hour. I shop around the store. 2 hours pass. I check on the car and my key is laying on the counter. I ask if the car is done. Yes. Can't find the paperwork. Reprimanded paperwork. It says 'cancelled' The guy says oh it was fixed, the new guys in the shop don't know how to do paperwork. Sketchy. So I drive away. TPS says drive a few miles before the pressures show. Pressures are the same. Go back to Walmart. He assures me it is done. I told him I used a separate tire gauge to verify and clear it was not. Then he goes to get the tech. The tech says, no we didn't do your car. It has to go to the dealer or it will 'blow up'. I asked him to explain how? He said if all 4 tires come off the ground a MB deploys all airbags. I know long story short, the head mechanic (maybe that isn't the word for it) is not very bright. I took it across the street and was shocked when they lifted the car and it did not explode and go Figure they plugged and patched the tire!

There were mystery boxes and packets open everywhere. There was no one helping me. I was trying to find items yet no one asked me for help. There were aisles with empty shelves aisles were messy. Most things weren't even in the right spots though there were the good sides which was that there wasn't long lines and the guy at the exit was nice and friendly and seemed happy with his job. Would I go here again when in the area? probably only if I need an item asap, but not if I just want the item? I did feel quite betrayed because when I use to go here in the past it wasn't this bad.
