I went to return some pictures that I had just purchased the day prior, and they had minor marks on them. Because I did not ask for a discount at time purchase for the minor marks that were on the picture, the store manager would not return them. I told him I purchased it like that, but it did not work in customer space. I had my receipt and picture packaging was never opened. He told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. So, I had to take time to call to the headquarters in order to return the pictures. I guess he was some sort of power trip. Nonetheless, I will not be shopping at the Stafford location. Never had such a horrible experience with a return at Ross.
