Everything is great here for merchandise, but they need to stop pushing the TJ Maxx card....every time I'm in there, they're obnoxious about it. One no thank you should be enough- they're also always asking for donations or "rounding up" to the nearest dollar. read more

I really liked the stuff this TJ's had but the amount of stuff was lacking and a lot of "departments" like men's, home and kitchen are non existent, and the majority of the sections had minimal stuff in comparison to most TJ's but like I said what they did have was pretty good, I found a lot of quality items for cheap. Items that I just bought at Kohl's for half the price, like Columbia wool and fleece socks. They had a lot of cashmere items as well. Some I'm not sure were actually cashmere, if so of lower quality but there are some good finds here. Open til 11 which is a bonus, I'm sure this is just for the holiday but I appreciate that. My sales associate Kylee and the ladies in the dressing room Gale and I forgot the other wens name I'm sorry but everyone was great. They were kind and knowledgeable. Kylee especially tryed to get me approved for a T.J.Maxx credit card to save me 10% but because I was an idiot in my past I was not approved but like she said all they can say is no. Tried to return jewelry that I bought for birthday gifts with tags still on it & in original boxes they came in at the jewelry dept. Due to my lost receipt they refused to give me store credit. I asked to exchange at the jewelry dept and manager still denied saying no returns in jewelry without receipt even if tags are attached. Unfair policy! read more

Normally I love TJ Maxx however this location leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if it's because of new merchandise and shipping backlogs due to Covid or what, but there's been minimal selection and haven't really been able to find anything good during my last 3 trips here. read more

I am going to review multiple TJX stores today as I just spent 2 days traveling from Plymouth to Hyannis to Falmouth to purchase plus size/women's fashion and could not find anything suitable in any of the 5 stores mentioned. In all stores there were dozens of rack of "regular size" women's clothes, but only one or two racks/end caps total for tops and bottoms for women's size and among the dozen or so selections available, there were often multiples of the same item. I believe that a chain as large as TJX can and should be doing better by us larger gals. I have shopped as far away as PA and New Hampshire and find much the same no matter where I go. I often come home empty handed or "settle for something" just because I have to. Frequently I am hearing the complaints of others around me sharing my concerns. I am planning to advise them to do what I am doing today as well as calling the TJX Customer Service line (800-926-6299to voice their complaints. Ladies, it's time to speak up. We are not invisible, don't want to wear circus clothes and it is time these companies woke up to that fact! read more
