Despite requesting a payment via Zelle, he then texted me multiple times daily about the Zelle payment not going through (Zelle clearly states in their website that first time payments can take a couple days). When I finally reach out to confirm he had been paid and express concerns over how it had been handled....well, I'll let the texts tell the story. BE CAREFUL LETTING THIS DUDE HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR KNOW WHERE YOU live. I recently purchased a new (to-me) 2015 B class that had been sitting for too long. A tank release cable was stuck, and the generator wouldn't turn over. I had called every shop in town, as I have been hoping to get out of town for a break this month. Everyone was booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. I found Joe on Yelp and figured I didn't have anything to lose, as everyone had said they either didn't work on generators, or didn't have an appointment until Halloween (or later). Joe said he could be out there within the hour, would bring lights and was fully mobile. He had the cables fixed in minutes, tightened a battery case I didn't know was late, and will be coming back tomorrow morning to get the gennie fired up (it was too dark to take the carb apart and risk losing a part).

But above that, they have the best BEST crew of people you could ask to work with. EXCEPTIONAL service! We spent months going to several dealerships looking for the right 5th wheel. I had researched floor plans and brands for over a year before my husband joined the search. He researched things a lot deeper. One of the things he read was that it's just as important to find a dealer you love as it is to find the right rig. We narrowed it down to Grand Design Solitude or KZ Durango Gold. Which brought us to Folsom Lake RV. They are the only dealer of KZ in Northern California.... but we would have traveled for the right rig/dealership... thankfully we didn't have to.... the folks at Folsom Lake RV are AWESOME! From the sales department, to financing to parts & service EVERYONE gave us exceptional service. They were patient with our timeline and accommodating with our extremely extensive PSI checklist. Friendly, informative and super helpful. We had a few issues come up on our pick up day, and these guys were quick to make it right and exceeded our expectations of how things should be dealt with. Melinda, Zach, Steve, Rob & Rob, Nick & Nick and Haylee.... all went above and beyond. We love our rig and we are so grateful we got it from such a fantastic dealership.

I have had my TT for a little over two years now and I have had to take my TT in a handful of times for warranty work. Booking a service appointment is about the only easy part of the process. Each visit, my TT has sat for at least two months before finally being worked on. In total, I have lost about 8 months of use between all my warranty repair visits. There always seems to be a break down in communication between service and the manufacture in getting warranty work approval. I have had to reach out to the manufacture on occasion only to be told it was service who dropped the ball when submitting paperwork. Every time I bring my TT here, there is a new service person behind the counter. Every time I get my TT back, I notice a new scratch or scuff mark. If their service department matched their sales department, this place would be unmatched. Management really needs to shake things up in this department.

The only water source is the AC unit on the roof at the rear of the coach which happens to be above the bedroom. I immediately suspected a clogged drain line. Supporting that suspicion was the lack of condensation build-up coming out of the drain line (the front AC unit was draining just fine). Although this can be an easy DIY fix, I am a senior and still recovering from a terrible ladder accident/fall so going up on the roof was not an option for me. I called a mobile RV repair service and they quoted me a minimum of $600 for the repair. A person at the RV storage facility we use suggested I call American RV Service Center. I called last week and spoke to Morgan. She was very helpful but initially said her next opening was in August. I told her we are going on an outing July 22nd. She said she would see what she could do to get us in before then. After a few minutes she came back on the line and told me because it was presumably a simple fix she could get me in Friday the 19th. She advised me they charge $175 an hour and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Today (the 19th) they got our coach in. The tech found there was no clog, the line was clear. He did find that the drain hose connected to the pump did not have a clamp securing it. He put a clamp on it, confirmed that the pump was working and then tested the system. With the bedroom AC unit on for a while, the system began draining the condensation build up, operating normally. No leaking inside. Problem fixed. Morgan was great to work with throughout this process. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of knowing we have an outing planned. The temps will be in the triple digits where we're going and having both AC units working will be a life saver! Their service costs are fair and their customer service was excellent. Also, it's nice to call a business and have a live person answer. I highly recommend American RV Service Center!!! Thank you Morgan and thank you tech (unfortunately I did not get his name).
