We then provided them a list of links where they could find the parts. Another week later, on a Friday evening and too late to find another shop, they call to tell us they're not allowed to open external links. We have the vehicle towed the following Monday after finding a shop that would do the work. Here's where it gets shady: Get a call from insurance a few days later that they're attempting to collect over $4000 for storage fees. They never provided us with a repair estimate. They did not claim the vehicle was totaled. They did not claim, nor did they disclose, any fees when we picked up the vehicle. They only claimed on the Friday evening after it sat for 3 weeks that they were unable to do any work. I was willing to let go of the 3 weeks wasted and the fact that even though this was a Toyota brought to a Toyota shop, they are not capable of sourcing parts outside of their internal network. Was even going to buy a new truck from here, but then I found out how DISHONEST they are.

Then the waiting started.....In August we finally gave him an ultimatum. Install the refrigerator (that he still had) or drop it off and we would take it somewhere to get it installed.
