As the third owner of the trailer, there were issues that cropped up. Eric and his staff developed solutions and fixes that made the R-Pod like brand new. We just had him and his assistant looked at the water heater and one of the USB ports. The water heater did not need a new anode (after 3 years of use); and the USB port had a loose wiring. After a recent camping trip, noticed lights were flickering. A few days later, all electrical shut down. Called Eric for a diagnostic, and he let me know that the convertor went out. We bought the convertor via Amazon, and had Eric install the convertor. Everything works again and we are up and running. Eric is very knowledgeable and walked us through the repair. read more

I had a broken and leaky skylight on my RV. With an upcoming trip planned I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time. I called Eric and he came out to my house to look over the job and take measurements. He ordered the new skylight and did a fabulous job replacing the broken one and resealing it. He even gave me some great tips about roof maintenance that I can do myself. His mobile service was just what I needed and my RV was ready in plenty of time for my trip. erpriced We called Eric up to bring our RV to get an estimate at his shop. He said that his shop was closing and that he is mobile now he came out and showed up two hours late past our appointment time he stayed for a good 45 minutes going over all the things that he suggested we need And discussing everything. At the end of our appointment, he told me that the cost was gonna be $200 for him coming out and that he was discounted from $400. This was never disclosed upfront. It has been over a month and a half and we have never received an estimate from Eric or a reply back. Tried to contact him and told him I was gonna take him to small claims court because of the price he charged that was not disclosed upfront along with never given us any type of service besides one item that we needed it he text message to us the following day after. Terrible customer service overpriced. Something that he told us was gonna cost about six or $800 camping world did it for $300. Do not trust this guy very bad businessman. read more

I had a good experience with Eric's RV Repair. They were able to accommodate my schedule for an A/C replacement/swap. I provided the new unit and they did find an issue. This was a high possibility due to the shipper/delivery and how they shipped it. This was a known issue, so I had no questions this was an issue with the new unit. They completed the install and made the fix to the unit in a timely manner. Pricing is not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive. The quality of work and pricing is a great value. Note: They will only work what is on the work order. If you have additional work you need done, such as inspect something, you need to put it on the work order. Otherwise for efficiency, they will not look at it. Overall, I had a good experience with Eric's and I will most likely come back or recommend for future services. read more

We needed to have our shower door reinstalled because my wife failed to latch the door before we came home from one of our trips. The shower door was swinging back and forth on the way home and it compromised how the door was secured to the shower frame. Lesson learned. If a company demands a 2 hour minimum payment upfront (before any "work" is started) then walk away. They probably don't know what they are doing and are just trying to take your money regardless of outcome. My propane system on my van was not working and they eventually (in that two hr time frame) determined that it was probably the tank itself but they don't repair tanks. I wish they had disclosed that upfront because I would've gone elsewhere. They ordered two hinges for my freezer door, which was not staying shut, and after they "fixed it" tried to convince me that it was supposed to sag partway open, which is not true. I will end up fixing it myself. total waste of $300 read more

Great service. They have replaced my RV refrigerator and macerator hose and, most recently, searched out an electrical charging problem. Turns out the electrical problem was due to a failed plug adapter which was cheaply replaced. I highly recommend them. read more

I been using Eric's RV for a couple years now. I'm always amazed at the quality of work and knowledge. I recently converted from wet cell batteries to lithium in my Tiffin motorhome. Please STOP and read this entire post BEFORE going to Eric's RV. This should be ZERO stars. Sorry for the long review but this needs to be said. We are business owners as well and in our 15 years in business have NEVER treated a customer like we have been treated here. We did make an appointment and dropped off our 2007 RV to have the roof re-caulked on a sunny Wednesday morning. They did not give us a completion date and we were asked to pay half the cost up front?? (That should have been a red flag). Fast forward to the following Monday. We had to call THEM to see when it would be done. They could not tell us. It started raining and THEN they decided to remove and replace the caulking? They worked outside in the rain because they said they had another RV in the garage. They got it done and charged our credit card without us even inspecting the work first. (unethical) We had to pick it up in the dark so we could not inspect until the following day. When we brought it home, we found that water had leaked into the bathroom and soaked the cabinet above the toilet and water was all over the floor. In our 13 years of owning it, we have never had this happen. My Husband climbed on the roof the next day and found that some of the caulking had not been replaced. He took pictures then spoke to Eric about it. Eric stated he inspected it himself. We were planning on another repair with Eric and he again asked for half up front. My Husband said not until the caulking was addressed. Eric then proceeded to call my Husband an a-hole and that he was a difficult customer. Then told him F You. I called for a quote and the lady on the phone didn't ask any troubleshooting questions about the problem or location of RV, she just said it's $150 per hour and a minimum of 2 hours, plus a 45 min drive time. A total of "about $450" just to have someone come out and take a look at what's going on. At that rate I expect a much higher level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. I found a youtube video on how to diagnose and fix the problem. It was easy to fix it myself and the parts where less then $30 online. read more
