They claim it's typical wear and tear but they don't advertise the house stating wear and tear that will puncture your feet if you try and use the pool. Fine but fix it before more guests rent the house. We left the property after an hour and rented another place so we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about the kids hurting themselves. NEVER Rent from these people.

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend…read more Our experience with this vacation rental, "Live Blissfully," was extremely disappointing and concerning. We arrived at the property around 8:30-9:00 PM on a Friday, only to find that the door code provided did not work. After calling the contact, we were given a new code--which turned out to be the previous guest's code. This was unsettling, as it meant the previous guests still had access to the home during our stay. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a stale, musty odor reminiscent of an old, poorly maintained property. The house was clearly run down: carpets and some furniture were visibly stained, flooring was scuffed and peeling, baseboards and moldings were chipped, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The home clearly had not been given a proper deep clean in some time. Within minutes of settling in, we found two large cockroaches in the kitchen pantry. Over the course of our stay, we encountered a total of four roaches. This was incredibly unpleasant. When I contacted Rebl Rentals to report the situation, I made it very clear that our guests were terrified to even stay in the home due to the roaches and the overall condition of the property. Despite this, their response was that they would "send someone out in the morning." There was no urgency, no empathy--just a dismissive, delayed response to a serious health and comfort issue. Eventually, Rebl Rentals sent out an exterminator who sprayed chemicals inside the house without any warning, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable being in a chemically treated environment. When I raised concerns, I was told the roaches probably got in because we "left a door open"--even though we had just arrived and found one dead on the floor. To top it off, after the technician left, we were greeted with a bottle of Raid and a few bags of chips left on the kitchen counter--as if that was an acceptable solution to a roach infestation. It was honestly insulting. The issues didn't end there. Half the house had no hot water, and the main fridge wasn't cold enough to keep drinks chilled. When a technician came to inspect the fridge, they told us it was "working fine" because there was ice in the freezer. But the freezer wasn't the problem--the refrigerator section was clearly not functioning properly and never reached a safe or usable temperature. The included golf club putter was completely bent and unusable, which felt symbolic of the general neglect throughout the property. Then came the final straw. Two days after we checked out, I received an extra charge on my credit card for "fireplace use"--even though we absolutely did not use the indoor wood-burning fireplace. Rebl Rentals sent a photo of ashes in the fireplace, along with a photo of the very clear "Do Not Use" sign posted above it--proof that we followed the rules. We were still accused and denied any resolution. This charge felt not only retaliatory--coming just after I filed complaints and requested a refund--but also fraudulent. It was 90 degrees in the desert; we had no use for a fireplace, and no way of even getting firewood. I requested pre-inspection photos or video proof of us bringing in wood (which we didn't), and received no reply. After our stay, I looked up reviews for this specific property and discovered that many other guests reported the exact same issues: pest problems, unclean conditions, broken appliances, and suspicious charges after checkout. Clearly, Rebl Rentals and the property owner are aware of these problems and continue to do nothing about them. This stay was unacceptable from start to finish. All I want was some sort of compensation and my money returned from the false fireplace charge. The property is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and the customer service was dismissive, accusatory, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid "Live Blissfully."

They showed up at our home for the first time not only with sample brochures but with coloring books for our kids. We discussed what we wanted in a house and Tanya took notes so she could start the search. She showed us over 15 homes (not to mention 200+ online) before we decided on the one we wanted, and then helped us negotiate the house out of another contract into ours! She was awesome showing houses...totally prepared with printouts, knowledge of the houses and area, and was even a HUGE help with our kids. She had the kids following her around like a puppy to turn on lights and explore so we could focus on looking at the house and they ADORED her. She was firm with our offer, stood up for us, and told us when we needed to slow down so we could get what we wanted. She ended up getting our original offer accepted despite 3 counter offers. We will close in just over a week! Tanya and Jason combined are crazy wonderful and such an amazing team. She even referred us to a loan officer who is on track to close us in under 3 weeks, something our previous LO said could not be done in less than 35 days! We have been telling everyone we know what a great experience we've had. Update 5/20/15: They helped us rent our old house and patiently waited for us to get it ready. They sent a professional photographer to take pictures that looked so good we were ready to move back in. Posted it on the MLS Friday night, had 3 showings on Saturday and by Monday night had 9 applications to rent. Took us a day or three to call references and run credit on our top choices but then we signed with renters that week. So we basically rented our house in 3 days at the HIGH end of the price range! Continue to be blown away by this team!

Sherry knows our community inside out, forwards and backwards. She listens to our Board and goes above and beyond almost daily. Our reserve fund is in excellent shape, our dues are comparatively low, our community is kept in top notch updated condition, vandalism is handled promptly and this is all done very professionally with a smile and kind words. Days, nights or weekends you know you can depend on our management team. In 2014 a city berm broke during a torrential downpour and flooded our 1,702 homeowner HOA, raising water levels 8 feet in our lake system, blowing off manhole covers, downing trees and Sherry was there knee deep in water with me. Thank you just doesn't quite cover it.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and enforcement from the Pecan Creek North HOA…read more For nearly 10 months, I have been dealing with neighboring trees hanging over my wall, excessive debris, constant cleanup, and even property damage related to the issue. Despite multiple complaints and attempts to resolve this privately, calls have gone unanswered and no meaningful action has been taken. What is most frustrating is that the homeowners continue trimming only "their side" of the trees every weekend while ignoring the large portions hanging into my property that continue creating the problem. Meanwhile, the HOA has failed to enforce its own landscaping and maintenance standards. An HOA should exist to help maintain community standards fairly and consistently -- not ignore residents when issues become ongoing nuisances affecting neighboring properties. I have now formally demanded corrective action within 7 days and will be pursuing all available options moving forward if this continues unresolved. Homeowners deserve accountability, communication, and enforcement of the rules everyone is expected to follow.
