One client had several beautiful diamond pieces, which I complimented. She said she had inherited some of the diamonds, and had had them re-set, so I asked her who she trusted in the area. She recommended Jonathan @ Karen's Jewelers. I had two diamonds which were in different settings, and was getting remarried and needed to find the perfect setting for one of my pre-existing diamonds, or to figure out if I wanted to get an entirely different diamond. Jonathan was incredibly patient with me and my husband as we spend literally hours looking at different settings, exploring options of each individual diamond vs. a different center stone altogether. He took the center diamond from its current setting, polished it, and set it in different settings for me. It took us two or three sessions of more than an hour each, over a series of several months, for me to determine what I wanted. This was not my first marriage, and styles have changed, so I looked at tons of rings on different friends, clients, even people I saw at restaurants. All this time, Jonathan was totally trustworthy, kept my jewelry safe for me, and waited for me to figure out what I wanted, what my budget was, and my timeframe for purchase of the new rings. When my husband and I finalized our plans, and purchased the new setting and band, Jonathan was prompt in getting the diamond re-set for us, even though it was Christmastime, and his store was incredibly busy. When my husband went a year later to get an additional band for our anniversary, Jonathan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, prompt, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. I will continue to use Karen's Jewelers for all our jewelry needs in the future. I truly could not be happier with my experiences, both with Jonathan, and with the other sales clerks who helped us when he wasn't there. The service was friendly, trustworthy, and the selection of rings was beautiful. I spent HOURS looking at rings online, all kinds of different designs, and there was nothing better than what I found at Karen's Jewelers. I found the selection there to be more than adequate for all my needs. I was so nervous to entrust my jewelry to someone, but I am so grateful for the recommendation to go to Karen's Jewelers. We are planning to buy earrings there for this anniversary, and will hopefully be purchasing jewelry from there annually :-) depending on my spouse...he wants me to help choose the jewelry he buys me, since I am the one who will be wearing it.
