The guys came out to inspect and gave us options and recommended a second floor unit. While it was a big financial investment we're happy with how it turned out. It ended up causing some whistling with the first floor unit, but they came out to adjust pieces, give us new vents in the walls, and make sure we were happy with the adjustments. All of their technicians were easy to work with and super courteous. They send you a text when the tech is on their way with a photo of them and a tracker which makes me feel safe if I'm ever home alone when they come.
