I needed my stove serviced but that didn't happen! I was charged $195 for the cleaning! Called and expressed my concern with no real explanation from them! I wouldn't recommend them for pellet stoves as they lied about their service but gladly took payment for a nothing job! Terrible! Don't say you do a job when actually you don't !
