My recollection of my daughter's experience more than 20 years ago just came up. She was three or…read morefour at that time and was referred to Dr. Creech to have her cavities filled. Dr. Creech tried to give her sedatives before filling in her cavities. The procedure was unsuccessful, as my daughter went absolutely hysterical. A relative watched her while the receptionist sent me to the treatment room for Dr. Creech to explain what had happened. He didn't even show up even after 30 or 40 minutes. Finally, we gave up because it was unbearable to have my daughter behave uncontrollably because of the sedative. We were all angry by then. Later, we went to another pediatric dentist, and he successfully filled in her cavities. If your child needs cavities filled, look for another dental group.

0/10 for Dr Wright- Such a sad, disappointing experience. My husband and I used to come here so I…read morefelt comfortable bringing my son in for his first dentist appointment. I was told Dr. Wright was the pediatric doctor and would only see my son on a Tuesday or Thursday. That's fine. I told the front staff when I called that he's in tremendous pain and I want to get him in as soon as possible. She let me know that the soonest available was a month and a half out, but that's just a consultation visit and they won't do any fillings or fixing. I practically begged that since we have to wait I would like them to actually address some of the cavities that first appointment. She spoke with the doctor and said they could do that. I spent that time researching and doing everything in my mama power to heal my son at home as holistically as I could. What I did was working and my sons pain went from a 10 to an occasional 5. Thank God! When we arrived to our appointment (May 5) and the staff wasn't exactly happy or encouraging of my son at his first appointment. Wright eventually comes in his room, doesn't greet my son, doesn't strike up conversation with him or even slightly attempt to make him feel comfortable for his first appointment (which I made known). Wright took the X-ray, looked in his mouth (baby teeth) and told me his top teeth have several cavities and his bottom do not- they're perfect. "In my 30 years I can't say I have seen this before." I mentioned that my son is ready today to have Wright work on them and he so kindly (lol) said that he can't because he has to go to lunch. I said I would really like it to be addressed as I had requested when I made the appointment originally and he had been in pain so it only makes sense we do even a little bit today. "Sorry it's my lunch you can schedule at the front desk". I asked Wright if I could show him what I have been doing at home and if he had any additional suggestions. I brought up hydroxyapatite tooth paste, supplements, oil pulling, xylitol, etc. His words immediately were "Oh that's all anecdotal. That's anecdotal." So basically I get a doctor laughing in my face, a mom who just wants her baby to feel better, has done her own research, desperate to affect change while admitting I am not a dentist and I need his help. He left the room, without a word, never said 'good job buddy' to my kid and I said "Oh... just walk out and not say anything? Strange.." I brushed it off and while my son was in the prize room I over heard Dr Wright discussing down the hall with another doctor about my sons appointment. I heard "Yeah she said she's using hydroxyapatite and I told her that's anecdotal it's just your opinion haha!!" I grabbed my son, went to the front desk and Wright walked past me so I stopped him. I asked him if he found it appropriate to gossip about a patient while they're still in the building. If he thought that his behavior would be perceived as professional to a mom that just over heard him. I asked him why he couldn't have just waited til I left the building. His response was hilarious and a lie. "Oh I was talking about a different patient with dry mouth." And for the first time he actually looks at my son in the face, gives him a high five (because he was embarrassed and called out) and says if we need any anti biotic then we can call in the office. *insert eye roll* Needless to say, I cancelled all future appointments and was happy I got a follow up text to leave a review. Whether or not you agree with any holistic approach to dental work, do your research and find a dentist that isn't creepy, doesn't have horrible bed side manner, actually acts like he enjoys working with children and doesn't sh*t talk you the second he walks out of the room. 0/10 would not recommend.

I was gaslight by the snarky staff & felt like I was trying to get one over on them. They did remake my dentures but their attitude continued. The issue was corrected. I will file any adjustments needed from home as opposed to returning to this establishment. This set of dentures are almost as loose as the ones I originally brought in, in the first place. I don't feel I gained anything. This location is toxic!

If you can go anywhere else to get your dentures, I recommend that you do. My experience with this…read moreprovider is short and sad, and the way I was treated was so unprofessional that if I were the kind of person who sued from malpractice, that's what I would've done. Don't go here. Don't go here. Don't go here. I have used other Affordable Denture locations with providers that actually care about the health of the people they serve, I cannot say the same about this establishment. What I can say is that the denture that I purchased that cost almost $800, cracked within a month of getting it. When I asked for a repair for a denture that was clearly still under warranty, I was treated in such a rude manner that I almost didn't go back... But I was so angry that they took my money and gave me such a cheap piece of crap for a denture that I did. I was treated rudely again by everyone from the reception staff to the practice, owner, the denture that was remade for me, cracked within six weeks, and I was told by the owner of the practice, at the time I came in for the repair and before I said a single word to her, not to come back for any reason. Let me be clear, I was not rude with these people, I paid promptly (because of course you have no choice... they won't let you leave the building without you presenting either cash or a credit card or reimbursement vouchers of some kind for people who require government help to get their dentures) and other than demanding that they do the repair, which by the way they tried to get out of immediately, I was nothing but polite and professional with them.. Everyone on the staff from the receptionist to the owner was curt to the point of rudeness, misinformed about proper denture making procedures. For example, rather than using a proper dental mold tray to take my impressions, they used my broken denture as the mold tray BOTH TIMES, despite my openly questioning this practice as being something that I've never seen before, despite having had four sets of dentures made for me over the 3 1/2 decades following an accident that caused me to lose my entire upper dental arcade.... This is so completely unprofessional it's absurd, and of course, both the new denture that they built me and the same denture they rebuilt, both cracked in exactly the same spot where the denture that they used as a mold tray was cracked on. It's not rocket science and anyone who's worked in plastic/acrylic molding understands that using a broken mold, will result in a critically compromised end product. ) so, unsurprisingly, the end product broke almost immediately, despite me being very careful not to chew on that side. So, if you have any other options for getting a new denture made, any at all, even driving extra hours to go to a provider that chooses to behave in a professional manner,, that's what I would recommend. I also want to point out that while I waited in the waiting room, I had no choice on more than one occasion, to listen to the receptionist telling people who had driven sometimes two or three hours to get to this location, that their insurance/care voucher wouldn't cover the work that needed to be done...this being information that could be given over the phone, except for they do not answer these questions over the phone. Ever. They don't even offer you a number to call and make an appointment while asking questions about the services... All of that is done online, and they offer insufficient information online. So these poor people had sometimes driven hours and taken time off work to have an appointment to see these horrible, horrible people at this location, only to be refused at the desk over an issue that could've been answered over the phone, if this office had provided in any way whatsoever, to ask questions before scheduling an appointment. Anyway...I waited six months to write this review, because for six months, I have been angry, dissatisfied and coping with a broken denture that for the last six months, I have been unable to afford to replace. And the business who made this horrible denture that I can't afford to replace has refused to see me, make any attempt to repair it, and the repair that they did make was flawed from the start, and lasted less than six weeks. I'm going to have to get a new denture soon, I've almost saved up the necessary $800 to have this horrible denture that they sold me replaced, and I'm planning to drive 500 miles to Northwestern Wisconsin to the Affordable Denture provider that I worked with for more than 18 years and who provided me with two excellent dentures in that 18 years, and I'm going to have him build me another denture that will last longer than six weeks. Again, the service I received at this place was horrific, the products that they sell you are poor, and it's bad enough that I'm willing to drive 500 miles to go to a different affordable denture location that I know gives good service.

I've tried to give Marvel Dental multiple chances, but I'm officially done. I've been here three…read moredifferent times and every single visit has come with new issues long wait times, disorganization, and inconsistent information. The last time I went in, I had a painful dental emergency and they gave me the hardest time even when I was willing to pay out of pocket. They actually turned me away, and I had to find another office last minute just to get the tooth pulled. Fast forward to my most recent experience: Three weeks ago, I came in with concerns about cavities and a broken front tooth. The office was extremely short-staffed and overcrowded. They seemed rushed, kept forgetting what they were talking about, and didn't even have my photos or notes pulled up while explaining my treatment plan. I left feeling confused, but I tried to stay patient because I really need this work done. Today I came back for the scheduled treatment, only to be told that I suddenly have almost $800 out of pocket for the exact same work two fillings and a crown. Three weeks ago, with the same insurance, it was fully covered and they specifically said we would focus on what insurance covered. I even agreed that I could pay the $118.94 they originally quoted me. But every visit, the numbers change, the story changes, and no one can give a clear explanation. On top of that, every appointment starts with a 15-30 minute wait before I'm even taken to the back, no matter how early I arrive. At this point, the inconsistency, lack of organization, and lack of communication have made me completely lose trust in this place. I wanted to get my work done here, but it shouldn't be this hard especially when you're in pain. I'm sharing this review so others know what to expect. I hope the
