I have brought my dogs to Roni for many years, even coming up from IL before I moved to Wisconsin, and the drive was shorter. To know my dog is treated gently, kindly, and groomed so well is a gift. To have all this at a very reasonable price is wonderful! Simply put, I am scheduled out for the whole year because the schedule fills up quickly when you have a good groomer. And you get a 10% discount on the store purchases on the day of a grooming. My dog knows he gets a great treat as soon as he is in the car. The store is really well stocked, but you won't find junk pet food. The quality is on the higher end, and I don't see any foods or treats that I would not be glad to serve my dog. The bakery is fun, and they also take special requests. If you are looking for a good groomer, get on the schedule, but be patient. They are busy, but once you get started, book ahead. One other nice note is that Petlicious supports the local food pantries, and the Food Pantry of Waukesha County is very grateful for the donations of pet food for their clients.

She is so good caring for the older dog and the first time I picked her up she looked like a puppy. She was silky and smooth and clean and smelled awesome. I recommended a friend to go to her that had rescued a Border Collie that has some people issues...her dog did great there, no issues at all. We've had three different dogs go here and, when they first start...it's the same story. The dogs…read moredon't know what's going on at their first visit. And you see them struggle with a new situation. But after their first visit, you see them become more comfortable with their paws being touched and ears being looked at. And after a few more visits, they love their groomer and happily trot back with them! It's fantastic to see our dogs each learn to trust the experience and the groomer. To me, it means that when I'm away and they're being groomed, each dog has been treated with respect and handled with care. My dogs have all been large, and if they didn't want to go back with the groomer, they'd let you know my refusing to budge. Erin has handled our poofy Great Pyrenees and his immense coat with the same detail and expertise that she has given to our sleek Black Lab mix who has anxiety and dry skin. We also have a Komondor mix that she has helped with since he was a puppy ; helping to keep his nails, ears, and sanitary areas tidy while I do the work of creating his cords at home. They have been so understanding about his unique coat and we couldn't be happier! I appreciate their expertise and will keep going for all our needs!
