So, I've been trying each and every single extension techniques that I heard of. Clip ins, crown extensions, weave , tapes, beaded extension, you name it. But, luckily I found Keratin technology and it is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! What is better than that technique is the master of that technique, CHANDRA! She is extremely good at her work! Besides all, she is the sweetest and friendliest human being in the world. That 3-4 hours of installation will make you feel like 20 minutes. Time will fly like crazy! There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. I use their dry area and restroom to dry my hair since it's DIY and the place was organize and really prepared for what would a client need. Hoa my specialist, she's the best! If you no show or cancel last minute, the stylist could of had someone else in that spot, potentially losing 100's of $$ at no fault of theirs. So, be courteous and respect this. Don't Waste Your Money at Hair Xpression Salon…read more I recently visited Hair Xpression Salon for a color correction and Brazilian Blowout service. I specifically asked for my hair to be dyed back to a natural brown shade, but the final result turned completely black, which was not what I requested at all. This was not my first time getting a Brazilian Blowout or coloring my hair, but it was definitely my worst experience. The stylist was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional when I politely asked about the color and checked my hair. Instead of communicating respectfully, she raised her voice and made the experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, the Brazilian Blowout left my hair with a very strong chemical smell that has been unbearable. I expected professional results and respectful customer service, but unfortunately, this salon did not meet those standards.
